The service was helpful when we had questions and location is close to tourist spots, but the room was not good. Was very old, and several things were damaged or broken, and the smell of smoke was very prominent.

Hotel room is very pretty and spacious. Room also very clean. Breakfast is delicious. Located near Beijing Lu, just a walking distance but less crowded.

The location is great and easy to find. Although the room looks a bit old, it's quite spacious and clean. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and transportation is very convenient, as it's close to Haizhu Square Station. My stay for a few days was quite good.

Beyond the convenient location, honestly, everything else was pretty mediocre. It's an old hotel, and the male and female staff working at the front desk at night were particularly unpleasant – they were really dismissive and unhelpful.

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are still functional, which is probably good value for the price given its location. The room was also very spacious and even had a washing machine and a microwave, though I didn't use them so I'm not sure if they work. It's very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the cruise terminal, and the subway station is also nearby.

I booked this hotel for a marathon, and even though I reserved a standard room, they upgraded me to a duplex suite! It was incredibly comfortable. The new Chinese-style decor was luxurious and chic. The hotel environment was excellent – quiet, clean, and tidy. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would have loved to stay in Guangzhou for a couple more days. It's definitely worth recommending, and next time I'm in Guangzhou, this will certainly be my hotel of choice.

The environment is pretty good and clean, the service is excellent, and the transportation is quite convenient.

The river view room was great, very bright. The facilities were a bit old and the bed was quite small, but everything else was good. The breakfast buffet was simple.
