Most enjoyable stay once we managed to book in no thanks to WOTIF. Cici at reception was fabulous along with duty manager Charles Chen. Had a room on the 17th floor overlooking Pearl River was terrific. Breakfast was well presented and plenty of choice.

The room was clean and tidy, with direct views of the Pearl River. Guangzhou Restaurant is right downstairs, making it super convenient for morning dim sum. It's also easy to get to Beijing Road for shopping. The hotel's location next to Tianzi Wharf is perfect for a riverside stroll, which was absolutely lovely.

The hotel is directly opposite Tianzi Wharf, making a night cruise on the Pearl River incredibly convenient. Beijing Road is right downstairs, and Fanhua Restaurant is also a stone's throw away. There's even a Bus 2 stop downstairs. Guangzhou Restaurant occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of the hotel, so if you go early, you can avoid the queues. Plus, they serve late-night snacks after 9:30 PM.

The room's location is excellent, right opposite the pier and very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. However, it seems the hotel hasn't been renovated in a while; the toilet flush wasn't working very well, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be.
