Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to our housekeeper, Betty! Her service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She was always there when we needed anything, detail-oriented, and professional. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

I couldn't leave without giving a positive review; I'm very satisfied with everything about this hotel. I especially want to recommend Butler Beibei; her service was meticulous, gentle, and thoughtful. She provided one-stop service throughout my stay and handled every detail perfectly. Next time I stay here, I'll definitely look for Butler Beibei again!

The front desk staff were proactive, warm, and courteous, providing excellent service. The balcony view was fantastic, and the hotel pool offered a great view with clean water. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very clean. An extremely satisfying stay.

Excellent! The front desk upgraded our room, and it had both river and ocean views – an absolutely stunning location. It was perfect for relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze, and sunbathing. Plus, soaking in the bathtub while watching the lush green river below was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely be back here next time.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, very close to the bus stop, making travel convenient. I especially want to commend Butler Tiantian, who was warm and polite, and paid great attention to details. My stay experience was absolutely perfect.

The suite was very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for staying with elderly relatives as everyone had their own space. The breakfast was also quite good. As for the executive perks, the afternoon tea didn't offer much in terms of food, but the happy hour had enough light snacks to count as a decent dinner.

The handheld showerhead was broken and leaked. Also, when I arrived, I found out the pool had been under maintenance since October and still wasn't usable. This wasn't communicated beforehand, which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to it, and I didn't even see any signs of ongoing repairs. Another issue was the drainage in the shower area near the entrance; it didn't drain well, causing...

Hotel breakfast can not say it is a 5-star hotel. it is same with 2-star

So disappointed the pool was out of order. The facilities are quite old, but the service was excellent. They offered a free sailing trip, and since there weren't many people, it felt like we had the boat to ourselves for free with friends.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the amenities were complete and comfortable. The surrounding environment was beautiful and pleasant, and it was very convenient to get to the pier. However, the hotel lobby lighting was dim, and the management seemed poor. I hope they improve their management.

## Hygiene: Unbearable. The desk in the room had heavy stains that I initially thought were just fingerprints. Being a clean freak, I tried to wipe them, but to my horror, they were sticky and stringy – I have no idea what it was. That made me inspect the entire room. What I found next was even more shocking: lifting the bed runner revealed a large, indescribable stain. This time, I dared not touch...

The hotel room was spacious. Aside from the carpet being a bit dirty, everything else was quite nice. You could tell the initial decor was very high-end. It's very convenient for surfing; there's a daily shuttle service to the pier. The hotel service was excellent.
