The hotel is located on Sanya Phoenix Island, and the services and facilities are all excellent. There were Russian tourists, and many of the hotel's notices had Russian translations. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, with many yachts heading out to sea. The room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. We were very satisfied.

Anna helped us arrange a room with a beautiful, full ocean view, which was fantastic. Getting around was easy with the shuttle service. Dining was convenient, offering both Chinese and Western cuisine, plus a Sky Bar on the top floor. Overall, our stay was great. There's also a laundry room on the 5th floor, which was very handy. Fantastic beachfront view! A big thank you to Dong Xingxing at the front desk for upgrading me to such a lovely room with a view. I could literally lie in bed and see the ocean, sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and chat with my friends. It was pure bliss! The room is very large and the price/performance ratio is very high. The king-size bed room we booked was not enough and they helped us change it to a twin bed room. The service is really amazing! The lobby has a lot of green radish and retro decorations, which are very unique. The sea view room has a great view.

This is my second time in Sanya. I chose a serviced apartment in the city. I originally thought it would be ordinary, but the living experience was quite good. The supporting facilities are complete and not much different from star hotels. There are gyms, swimming pools, etc. The rooms also have balconies and good ventilation.

Our housekeeper Abby provided excellent service. She contacted me the day before our arrival and even upgraded our room. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, she promptly moved us to a different room. Knowing I had a cold, she also offered me hot water. I want to give a special shout-out to all the duty managers. Because I had a complaint about the housekeeping last time, all the housekeeping services this time were handled by them. Thanks to our butler Nick for being so responsive and accommodating.
