My stay at this establishment was, overall, very disappointing, especially considering its advertised 5-star status. From the moment I arrived, the tone was set by the complete absence of valet parking, which is a standard expected at this level. The entrance and common areas immediately gave the impression of an empty, gloomy hotel, almost frozen in time. Throughout my stay, I hardly encountered any other guests, reinforcing the feeling of a deserted and lifeless place, far from the promised upscale experience.
Regarding the room and facilities, several major problems should be noted: excessive humidity, outdated fixtures, visible mold, and a dark and oppressive atmosphere. These conditions directly impacted my comfort, resulting in poor sleep quality, to the point of affecting my health.

Furthermore, amenities advertised as included and essential for a hotel of this standing, such as the swimming pool and gym, were not accessible during my stay. This situation represents a clear discrepancy between the advertised services and the reality on the ground, which is particularly problematic for an establishment positioned in the luxury segment.

Despite these numerous shortcomings, the hotel offered no compensation. Only the second night was refunded through the platform, with no real consideration given to the first night, even though the experience was already significantly compromised from the outset.

I would, however, like to highlight one positive point: the reception staff are courteous, polite, and helpful, and demonstrate professionalism in their interactions. Unfortunately, this human touch is not enough to compensate for the overall condition of the establishment and the significant gap between the promise and the reality. In conclusion, this hotel does not meet the standards, atmosphere, or services expected of a true 5-star establishment. A comprehensive overhaul, as well as more transparent communication regarding the actual state of the premises and the services actually available, would be necessary to avoid future disappointment for travelers.

Pool was dirty and unappealing, All bars were closed, including the pool bar. No nightly live music, even though it was advertised. Many lights were out. The rear entrance was dark and littered with cigarette butts Indoors. Fountains around the hotel were empty.

It's clear this hotel was lovely at some time in the past, but we could not recommend it in its current state. I was surprised that Trip had it as a 4.5. Very disappointed.
