Overall, a good experience. The hotel's location is excellent; it's about 500 meters from Light Rail Line 1 and 250 meters from a bus stop, making it very convenient to get to various attractions. The hotel is clean, and the shower has good water pressure. Next to the hotel, there's a restaurant called "Manjiangyu Suzhou Cuisine" that serves a delicious Squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish (Songshu Guiyu) with just the right flavor. The lobby offers self-service drinks and cookies, and food deliveries are brought by a robot, which is a nice touch!

The bed was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. It's also conveniently located close to popular attractions like Jinji Lake, Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street, and Fengmen Hengjie. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist.

16.11.2025 Datoumao

Convenient location and well-equipped facilities. The room wasn't huge, but the bathroom was quite spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The only issue was the slow elevators in the morning; I waited 5 minutes before giving up and taking the stairs down.

The hotel's location is super convenient! The breakfast was rich and delicious! It's really easy to get to several attractions from the hotel. I'd recommend staying here if you're doing a self-driving tour of Suzhou. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. I had hoped to get an upgrade, but the front desk declined. Other hotels usually upgrade me as a member. I hope they'll offer upgrades in the future.

Worth staying here! It's very convenient as it's close to the scenic spots. Although the room was small, the bathroom was spacious! Having a robot deliver food when you order takeout was also very convenient. The location is excellent, making it a great choice if you're planning to visit the scenic areas. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, right off the elevated highway. The underground parking garage is convenient, and the hotel is also close to the subway station. The young lady at the front desk was proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive, answering all our questions. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfast selection is abundant. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou.

11.11.2025 205765****

The room was quiet and clean, with good sound insulation from the double-glazed windows. The laundry room and gym were convenient and practical, and parking was easy. The restaurant was spacious, and the buffet breakfast offered local specialties. The staff were sincere and enthusiastic.

10.11.2025 M19483****

Traveling with my family, we stumbled upon this hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice. Although the lobby felt a bit dim, the room itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and everything tasted good. What really stood out, though, was the staff – both at the front desk and the housekeeping team were incredibly friendly and polite. Any request we had was promptly addressed and resolved. They even gave us complimentary insulated bottled water upon checkout, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch that really warmed our hearts.

08.11.2025 201910****

The room was relatively clean and tidy, but the value for money wasn't great. The fridge was completely empty; they could at least put some paid items in there. The floor had some noticeable damage and looked unsightly with black marks. The towels and bedding were also just average in terms of comfort. Both my own driver and the taxi driver suggested putting up clearer signs for the hotel.

As a frequent guest at hotels of this brand for business trips, this was by far the worst experience I've had, and surprisingly it was in Suzhou, not a small town. The parking lot was ridiculously small, full of clutter, and completely unmanaged. The hallways were also filthy, covered in water stains, suggesting the carpets hadn't been cleaned in ages. The room window was tiny, like something you'd find in a cafeteria. I have no idea how it passed fire safety inspections! At breakfast, it took half an hour to get a cup of coffee because of the long queue, and the ancient coffee machine was incredibly loud and sounded like it could break down at any moment. The owner clearly hasn't invested in a new one. The bathroom had absolutely no ventilation or exhaust fan, making it incredibly stuffy and smelly. The showerhead wouldn't stay in place, so I had to hold it, and the water had a strange odor, like industrial wastewater. I can't believe this hotel is branded a Hilton, let alone a four-star one; it's worse than a budget inn. I strongly recommend that Trip.com lowers its recommendation score for this hotel to help others avoid such a terrible experience!
