Atour Hotel Hunan Road Nanjing in Nanjing

First off, this isn't a malicious review; I'm simply sharing my genuine experience as a tourist.
1. The hygiene was terrible, and I've attached photos below.
2. I left my room key card in the room, and the front desk wanted a deposit for a second card? That's ridiculous; it's the first time I've ever encountered something like this at a hotel.
3. Don't chain hotels provide disposable razors? I called the front desk, and they said they didn't have any. It's absurd that a hotel wouldn't have essential guest amenities.
4. I went for breakfast in the evening, and the chili oil dispenser was empty? It even had a layer of dust. Why put something out if it's empty?
5. I was listening to music in my room with the door slightly ajar for ventilation. A man in a blue shirt opened the door and walked in, with a smug, knowing smile. It was clear this wasn't his first time. He came into the room, saw my boyfriend, smiled, and then left. It felt very intrusive and deliberate, like he was a repeat offender. I can only imagine what might have happened if I had been alone in the room! The hotel should check the surveillance footage between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM today, for room 5011. The camera faces the door directly. My boyfriend went out to look, and the man in the blue shirt was nowhere to be found. The hotel truly needs to implement stricter controls and enhance security measures!
