Absolutely amazing!!!!!! The location is superb, and the front desk service is top-notch. They even upgraded us to a lake view room when one was available, which was absolutely stunning!! After staying here, I'm already planning my vacation for next year to come back! Truly breathtaking. If you're coming to Suzhou, especially to Jinji Lake, the InterContinental is definitely worth it!

This view alone is worth the trip! Whether it's for a romantic anniversary, a family vacation, or a business trip, this is the best choice in Suzhou Industrial Park. I highly recommend booking a high-floor lake view room; it's absolutely worth every penny. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Suzhou!

Fantastic location with unbeatable lake views, right opposite Suzhou's iconic 'Big Trousers' building. The night views are stunning! It's super convenient for boat tours from the pier and lakeside strolls. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant served excellent food, and the overall hotel service was great. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is perfect for a staycation! It was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a lake-view room where I could see the Jinji Lake Ferris Wheel and the beautiful lake. The view was absolutely stunning. The complimentary birthday cake from the hotel was also delicious. Additionally, the hotel boasts three Michelin/Black Pearl-rated restaurants. The Chaoshan cuisine on the top floor was fantastic, and you absolutely must go at dusk to catch the beautiful night view of Jinji Lake. The hotel also provided three complimentary travel photos, and the photographer was very professional in guiding the poses.

The room was a little dated but very clean. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the view was exceptional – truly a prime spot. In the evening, you can take a walk near Jinji Lake, where the air is lovely, and there are plenty of places for shopping and dining nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The room was spacious and clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The service was great, and the surrounding area is excellent, with the Ferris wheel and Moonlight Wharf nearby, and plenty of dining options. I'll definitely book the InterContinental again next time I'm in Jinji Lake.

The hotel room's location was superb; I could see the Ferris Wheel and the Gate of the Orient just by opening the curtains. The service was very attentive, and they even prepared a little gift for my child. The hotel's photography service was also excellent, and I got some really satisfying photos. A very pleasant trip to Suzhou overall.

The InterContinental's location is excellent, right across from Jinji Lake. The hotel's facilities and service are consistently great. They even gave us complimentary breakfast since we had a child, and didn't rush us to check out past noon, which was a nice touch. There's a gym and pool on the 3rd floor, and good restaurants on both the 27th-floor rooftop and the ground floor, which we tried and enjoyed. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The hotel upgraded my room, and even though the price was a bit higher, the service quality was excellent across the board. The breakfast had a great variety, and the butler was very proactive in assisting with all my requests. It was a fantastic stay!

Right next to the Jinji Lake Ferris Wheel, just a short walk over a bridge to Eslite Bookstore. My room on the 20th floor had a fantastic view. The service was excellent too, with staff greeting me and helping with my luggage. Breakfast was abundant, and the room controls were quite smart. I'll definitely be back to InterContinental!
