Right across the road from the airport, this hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was really spacious. The front desk staff were super welcoming and friendly. I unfortunately overslept and missed breakfast. On the bright side, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options conveniently located nearby.
Huge thanks to Gu Yang, Xiao Zhao, and Xiao Ru for their wonderful service! The location is fantastic and the environment is excellent.
I've booked this hotel for foreign guests multiple times. It's super convenient, directly opposite the airport, just across the street. Plus, they offer free airport shuttle service. The rooms are clean, facilities are excellent, and the service is outstanding. This time, Xiao Hong at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made our stay very pleasant.
I stayed at the China Southern Pearl Hotel again on this trip to Dalian, mainly because of the excellent service, great room conditions, and its proximity to the airport. This time, the hotel also added a complimentary late-night snack service, offering free hot congee and side dishes, which is a very thoughtful gesture for guests arriving late. The breakfast selection has become even richer than before...
The facilities are a bit old, but it's the closest to the airport, making it the best choice for a layover. The rooms facing south don't have a musty smell, but those facing north have a slight bathroom odor. Just for reference, I'd still choose this hotel next time I have a layover in Dalian.

The hotel is in a lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. You can take bus route 27 to Xinghai Square, just a few hundred meters walk from the hotel. The room was quite comfortable. It's great that I could just turn on the bathroom light when sleeping, unlike some hotels where it's all or nothing. The location is excellent, making it super easy to walk to Nanshan Road. I highly recommend checking out "a cup of coffee" there – it's a hidden gem, perfect for a drink and a chat! On the way to Nanshan Style Street, you'll pass through Fenglin Street...
This was my first time in Dalian and it was a great experience! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. I truly felt at home and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel to stay in... though far from the Dalian Downtown itself as it is in Dalian Development Area (大连开发区). If taking the subway downtown, it is quite a walk away. Very doable.
Superb service, super clean rooms, and very helpful staff all around.
There's a night market nearby, it is also a morning market.. so plenty of options for food if not ordering in.

The room facilities are okay. I met the housekeeping lady in the morning and I needed a pack of toilet paper, and she brought it to me immediately. The front desk check-in and check-out were all very good. The only bad thing was the breakfast. Not only was there not much variety, but they also asked guests to put away their own tableware. The room was very clean and the service staff were very nice. Because we were traveling by car with elderly people and children, we upgraded to a king-size room for free, which was great!
This is the most cost-effective hotel I've stayed in during my many visits to Dalian. While the room rates are lower than other similarly priced hotels, the hotel offers exceptional comfort and service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet, and the staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. For a great stay with children, Jinjiang Inn is your top choice!
