When I stayed at the town's five-star hotel, I encountered some issues. The receptionists and staff were unable to speak in English. I had to change rooms twice, but both were affected by mold around the AC vents. The bed linens and other amenities were average, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms was poor.

Very nice, clean, good location near the Olympic square and the subway station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Decent location, nice reception, allowed me to delay my checkout for an hour and a half. Gym downstairs was very nice with pools and other facilities. Rooms was clean only thing was the ac didn’t go below 25 Celsius which may be a bit warm during night.

Suppose it was a family trip and I booked two rooms. I have requested the front desk to allocate two rooms next to each other, Unfortunately, the number was but the location was two rooms apart. For the facility. The door lock was damaged and you have to force it to close

Great location near to the central park and 20 minutes from the airport. I got an ocean view room, which was well worth it, and the bed was huge and comfortable. This hotel, when first built, was opulent, classy, and attractive. But now it is in a major need of renovations to cure everything from thread bare carpets to damaged walls and peeling timber. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. Overall the stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. The staff is responsive. The first room was not satisfactory (strange odour), the room was quickly changed. The new room was tidy. View from the window on the sea was very impressive. Nearby good food opportunities and coffee shops. Breakfast was reach and tasty.

This is a very established five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit old, the overall cleanliness is good, and it was a comfortable stay. The high-floor views are also great, and the transportation is convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely come back again.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was especially comfortable – I slept really well. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

The food options around here are incredibly convenient and delicious. We had seafood non-stop during our vacation! Plus, you can easily experience the tram nearby. The sea view from the room is stunning, and it's super easy to get to all the attractions.

This hotel is located in the city center with plenty of parking, making it very convenient to get around. It's also quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit.

Our original room was on a lower floor facing the street, which got a bit noisy in the mornings. However, the front desk upgraded us to a higher floor room, which was much more spacious and comfortable. It's an established hotel with a convenient location, and the breakfast was good too. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed for 10 days this time, and it was great value for money. The environment was good, the location was excellent, and transportation was convenient. It was also easy to shop around. They have a staff canteen and offer delivery service, and the hotel's homemade bread, pastries, and deli foods were all quite good.

The hotel is near to the city centre, and there's a convenience store nearby. The room wasn't dirty, but it was quite old so it seemed dirty, and there weren't tissues and a foot towel. However the staffs were very nice.
