Subway walking distance if you are in the mood for walking😹
Great value for money, old style hotel but totally perfect for someone who has already been to Dalian and comes for shopping or business (like me)
Pick the higher floor, great view, sunlight also
Not like small low rise hotels similar price range
Initially intended to stay shorter than change, ended up staying longer because everything was ok

The air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the bed. Fortunately, Dalian's pleasant weather meant we didn't need to use it much. Breakfast included congee, soy milk, and milk, but notably lacked options like noodles or dumplings. Given the high volume of tourists and a tall building served by only two elevators, wait times, especially after breakfast, were frequently long.

Absolutely terrible. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've encountered one that doesn't even provide tissues. The room was full of dust, and the bathroom floor was covered in hair, clearly uncleaned. The drain clogged as soon as I started showering. I've truly never seen a hotel this bad, especially during peak tourist season! What a discredit to Dalian.

The room is quite dated, with a decor style that feels pre-2010. However, it's spacious and has plenty of windows. Service was just okay; they were quite stingy with amenities, only providing two bottles of water daily and refusing more when asked, much like the breakfast eggs which were strictly limited to one per person. With only two elevators serving over 20 floors, waiting for one during peak morning hours was incredibly frustrating. The main upside is its central location, making it roughly equidistant to various attractions.

Absolutely fantastic and great value for money! We originally booked a standard room, but they kindly upgraded us to a suite when they saw there were three of us. The suite was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient for getting around, and we could even easily order food delivery. Highly recommend!

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dedicated Wi-Fi connection, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and shower facilities. The room itself was bright, spotlessly clean, and tidy. Being on a high floor, it also offered a nice distant view.

I booked a room for a friend at Sanhe Building. My friend checked in yesterday for his business trip to Dalian and was very impressed. He mentioned that the service was excellent, with the front desk staff being incredibly helpful and responsive to all his queries. The housekeeping team was also very warm and friendly. He even got to enjoy a beautiful night view from his room. Truly a great experience!

The room was spotless and well-equipped. We stayed on the 23rd floor, which offered fantastic natural light and stunning sea views – definitely a proper sea-view room. The location is very convenient, and with their own parking lot, parking was also a breeze. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.
