The overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. Reception staff were unorganized, unaware of guest arrangements, and lacked basic communication skills. The breakfast was unacceptable — no tea or juice was provided.

A good hotel. Excellent service, delicious breakfast. Clean rooms. A 30-minute drive to attractions such as Venice and the Yellow Sea, and a 40-minute drive to Dalian Zoo.

Quite disappointed by the service and the state of appliances in the room. It was very freezingly cold during the whole period of stay, the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The teapot wasn’t functioning without holding the hand on the “ON” button.
The last, but not the least. Supplying the guests with the towels with holes on them seems not to be a good idea.
To sum up, I cannot recommend this hotel for staying.

The room is super small, the facilities are very old, the price does not match the environment, super bad

The room smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered, and the front desk asked us to open the window to cool down the smell. Do you do the same when cleaning the room? I almost vomited when I woke up and smelled the cigarette smoke on the pillow, and the hotel didn't provide paper cigarettes, so I was really drunk.

Let’s change it into an air-conditioned machine room in the future. The outdoor air-conditioner kept ringing all night, and I didn’t sleep all night. One wall is covered with air-conditioners. Rooms with windows are not as good as rooms without windows. It’s terrible.
