Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it.
Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious.
Better if can have AI voice control.
Location very good with shopping malls just next door.
Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

They told me that there was a do not disturb sign in my room and they would not answer the phone. First of all, I stayed there for three consecutive days and did not click the Do Not Disturb sign even for one day, otherwise how could the daily room cleaning be completed when I was not in the room? Second, during my trip to Dalian, there was not a single missed call on my mobile phone. I was really angry about this kind of blame-shifting and dishonest service attitude. It was just a small matter. Was it so difficult for them to just call me and apologize and admit their negligence in their work? Why did they have to push their mistakes onto the guests right away? Do you really think this kind of service is good?
The 2.5 points for service were given to the staff who shirked their responsibilities. The customer service and cleaning service were still very good, and the house was cleaned very cleanly and promptly every day.

The overall quality is good and reaches high-end level. The sanitary and environmental services can all be given full marks. They said all rooms have it. I was really disappointed. Can’t a high-end hotel be equipped with some high-end decorations? If not, just hang two dinner plates there to make it look better.
