Riyueming Select Hotel in Dalian

A very poor experience.

1. Cleanliness: There was a yellow stain on the bed sheet.

2. Service: The front desk lacked basic courtesy. During breakfast, a guest took two yogurts, and the waitress kept nagging, asking why the person had taken all the yogurts. Ridiculous.

3. Facilities: Very outdated. The air conditioner was wall-mounted and very noisy. The lighting was dim, requiring you to get out of bed and go to the door to turn it off. The shower and sink were also very old.

Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable. I checked out the next day and moved to Orange Crystal in the High-tech Zone, where the conditions were ten times better.

Also, none of the included packages, such as baking and ice cream (see pictures), were provided.

The room has an independent air conditioner, which is very dirty. My baby gets a fever when I turn it on. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and my baby had a fever for 3 days. I don't recommend staying here with my baby. The breakfast is very average and almost always cold.

The accommodation experience was abysmal. We arrived at the hotel around 10 or 11 PM. We had booked a king-size bed room, but at noon they told us the room hadn't been made up yet and there were no king-size beds available, only tatami mats. We clearly stated we didn't want tatami mats, and the front desk said check-out was at 2 PM. We said we could leave our luggage at the front desk and return that evening, and that would wait. We returned to the hotel around 9 PM, only to be told they only had tatami mats and no king-size beds. We were exhausted after a long day and had been ill that day with a fever. We couldn't find another hotel late at night, so we reluctantly checked in. The room was ridiculously small. For a hotel costing over 300, almost 400,000 yuan, only one person could barely fit through the bed. Two people standing side by side couldn't even fit. The most disgusting thing was that the bed faced a mirror. Is the owner Chinese? Is there any hotel with beds facing mirrors? I had no choice but to call the front desk, and they brought a sheet to cover the mirror. They made my room look like a funeral hall. Is this how you get a 300 or 400 yuan hotel? The pillows were so dirty when turned over. I don't know how you guys run your business. The whole trip was just a nuisance.

The only saving grace is that the location is next to Xinghai Park. The rooms and corridors are small and the facilities are old. The floor drain in the shower room is very slow and there is serious water accumulation. The towels and bath towels are very thin and not soft. The breakfast is very simple and the air conditioning is poor. I'm sorry that it cost more than 500 yuan. room fee.
