On June 14th, my friend and I stayed at your hotel. During check-in, your front desk staff Cherry provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service. Upon learning that I was celebrating my birthday, she kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade and even surprised us with a fruit platter. These gestures made our stay truly memorable.

The room is incredibly spacious, featuring a great layout that includes an entry corridor, a small kitchenette, a sofa seating area, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is also very large, complete with a walk-in wardrobe area and a principal bathroom. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—no need to bring a thing! The only downside is the carpeting around the bed, though luckily it isn’t everywhere. Another major highlight is the amazing location, literally right in front of the subway station and just a comfortable 2-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, offering a super wide and rich selection. The pool area is also great, with a main pool, two baby pools, and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. While there isn't a panoramic view, the entire stay was still incredibly pleasant!

An amazing stay from every aspect. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view, and the service was exceptional. I accidentally left my wallet at the check-in desk, and the receptionist went out of their way to find me and return it. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Every aspect of our visit was impressive. The room was generously sized and perfectly clean, and the location is highly convenient. The staff were particularly amazing. We had an early morning flight and were travelling with elderly family members; the team went above and beyond to grant our early check-in request so they could wash up and rest immediately. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

I stayed at this Hyatt property for 3 nights about a week ago and overall had a pretty pleasant stay. The facilities are good and the hotel feels comfortable for a short visit.
That said, cleanliness is something that really needs more attention. When we arrived, there was visible dust under the lobby tables, and the sofas looked quite worn with noticeable stains, which made the space feel a bit less hygienic.
In the room, it was comfortable, but a few details were missed. The soap holder above the bathtub was still dirty from the previous guest, and some of the furniture looked quite worn with scratches. For a 5-star Hyatt, this was a bit disappointing.
But, the highlight of the stay was definitely the service. Rai from the bell team really elevated my experience-helpful, professional, and attentive. From arrival to departure, he was always there to assist, and I really appreciated how he greeted me by name every time. It made the whole experience feel more personal and memorable.

It was my second stay in Hyatt Shatin this summer.
I enjoyed the stay, room is big, good view (I got upgraded to harbour view room, thanks), swimming pool is large, friendly staff, quiet location with easy access to shopping malls nearby.
Only one thing was not good during this stay, the jacuzzi pool was out of service but without any notice on hotel.
This hotel would be a priority option for my next staycation.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin about a week ago and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the mountains and harbor. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s location near the MTR made it easy to get around, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had great variety and quality. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay—highly recommended for both business and leisure.

Great location near the station. Few stops to central of Hong Kong. Nice and quiet but convenient.
Water view was great when the weather turns clear.

Great stay at Hyatt Regency Sha Tin! The service was excellent—friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views. Loved the pool and gym. Would definitely stay again!
