Our family came to Shenzhen for a trip and stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a few nights! Our room was on a high floor with a great view, overlooking Luohu on one side and the mountains of Hong Kong on the other – truly picturesque! Joy provided excellent service; she knew it was my child's birthday today and thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake in advance. We had a very special and happy birthday celebration at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. We even exchanged WeChat details, so we'll contact her again next time we're back.

Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's still pretty well-maintained. The decor is a bit dated, but it still feels cozy overall. At night, you can make the room really dark, which helps with falling asleep, and my room wasn't noisy at all. The hotel is located right above MixC Shopping Mall in Shenzhen's Luohu District, which is very convenient for anyone doing business in the area. All in all, it offers good value for money. I'd consider staying here again on my next visit.

I booked a room for a guest, and Joy called them before arrival, thoughtfully asking if they needed anything prepared in advance. The room was ready early the next day, and the guest loved it. The service was excellent and very considerate! The hotel's location is superb, right near MixC and Luohu Port, making it very convenient to get around. Shopping and dining nearby were also excellent. I'd definitely recommend this place again.

Returned to Grand Hyatt again, and the room was still very well-appointed and comfortable. Joy's service was as warm, attentive, and excellent as ever. The room offers beautiful views, and the hotel's location is superb with convenient transportation. Highly recommended! Plus, there are now many new Spring Festival decorations and intangible cultural heritage lanterns downstairs, which are absolutely beautiful.

Returned to Grand Hyatt once again. Joy's service is always prompt, and she contacted me in advance to arrange the room. The room was still very clean, and it's super convenient when traveling for business with guests. The food at the Chairman's Lounge keeps getting better and more delicious, a significant improvement. Highly recommend staying here.

I redeemed this stay as part of a package deal. The buffet dinner was incredibly varied, with a great selection of seafood, various Western desserts, and authentic Chinese dishes. The front desk staff booked our table in advance and provided warm, attentive service. Very satisfied!

Stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Joy called me in advance and knew I was arriving early with a child, so the room was ready early and set up according to my preferences. The service was prompt, thoughtful, and attentive.
The room was meticulously clean, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a view of Shenzhen's iconic landmark, KK100.
The food was also delicious, and the Executive Lounge was superb! The Grand Club benefits, including the breakfast buffet, Executive Lounge dinner, evening cocktails, and daily afternoon tea, were incredibly rich and diverse.
The surrounding area is also excellent, with MixC and KKmall nearby for shopping and dining. I will definitely be staying here again!

Not the most perfect service but the staff were friendly enough. The food here was alright with dainty presentation. Some of them actually tasted authentic, if not good enough for its price. The environment was better than everything else.
