Dameisha Ququ Island | Kids & Family Activities: The environment is fantastic, and it's a one-stop shop for families with kids! My child didn't want to leave after two days and one night! It's truly a great place for a holiday! I'll definitely go again when the weather is nice!
Service: The butler service was very attentive.
Cleanliness: It was very clean and fresh, and even being by the sea, the room wasn't damp.
Facilities: There's a street with everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment, and it's also very convenient for going out and shopping!

The sea-view room offered a great view and the service was attentive. However, they really need to pay more attention to replenishing the shampoo and conditioner in the room. We took advantage of the yacht tour discount offered with the booking, and it was a good experience. This kind of promotion is definitely a plus, enhancing the overall stay.

The room is spacious and well-designed, though the bedside tables are lower than the mattress, which makes it a bit inconvenient to place things. The balcony facing the sea is very pleasant. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are enthusiastic, but not many dishes were particularly delicious, though it was sufficient. The best part is the many swimming pools catering to both adults and children; the deepest is 1.8 meters, and they're spacious and great for swimming. However, I felt the water quality in the indoor heated pool was just average, and outside pools don't require swimming caps, so hygiene could be improved. Also, many non-hotel guests come to use the pools, but thankfully, they are large enough. The beach downstairs is very clean and convenient, making it perfect for a vacation. There are many dining options nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is impeccable. Whenever I called the front desk, they responded very quickly and efficiently. The highlight was the service from our butler, Lila. She contacted us in advance to ask about our preferences and needs, and every evening she would check in on our experience and any further requirements. Overall, both the environment and the experience are top-notch in Shenzhen. I will definitely be coming back.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Service from all staff was consistently good. The hotel is not the most modern in design but the room was spacious, comfortable and well kept enough to make us feel relaxed. Our room on the 10th floor has a nice view of both the beach and outdoor pool. The photo shooting included was a really thoughtful idea.

The kids absolutely loved the room and didn't want to leave even after three days. On the first night, we ordered some sand toys, but they couldn't be found by the concierge the next day, so they gave us a smaller set as a replacement. There were a few minor hardware issues, but the hotel was proactive in resolving them. The suite came with executive lounge access for two people. We wanted to add an extra guest from a sea-view room who didn't have lounge access, and they charged us 500-odd RMB per day. Overall, the experience was quite good, and we'd definitely come back again.

My stay at the InterContinental Dameisha's Executive Tower was truly fantastic! The location is right by the sea, and the beach is just downstairs, making it super convenient to walk around. The hotel itself is very quiet, with a clean and comfortable environment – not noisy at all.
Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. All the staff were incredibly friendly and very prompt in helping with any issues. The room had an amazing view, with an unobstructed ocean panorama; I could watch the sea right from my bed, which was incredibly relaxing.
The executive club benefits were great value. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening snacks were all thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The pool and beach weren't crowded, making it very pleasant to take a stroll and enjoy the sea breeze.
Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. It's perfect whether you're on vacation or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I visit Dameisha!

Stayed at the InterContinental Dameisha with my kid during the May Day holiday. Even though it was crowded and the prices were higher, my child had a fantastic time. The hotel service was excellent; all the staff, including the aunties, were incredibly polite and always smiling. Tracy, the guest relations manager, was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. The hotel has a lot of family-friendly activities, and the kids' kitchen was great too. The travel photography session and yacht trip included in the package were also a nice touch – the yacht was very luxurious. This trip was a wonderful experience. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again next time I visit Dameisha!

Great! The sea was clean, and I'd definitely come back. The breakfast variety can't quite compare to hotels in Sanya, so I hope there's an improvement in the breakfast selection and more activities for kids. That would make the experience even better.

There was a great variety of quality food at the buffet breakfast. The service was excellent, after check in and even after check out, club staff followed up proactively through WeChat. Loved the infinity club swimming pool. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with heated floor tiles next to the bath. The room was very clean, many thanks to 小李 for the housekeeping.
Really enjoyed the relaxing stay, feel treated like a special guest, will definitely return when there are special offers again. Awesome beach and pretty views.
