This hotel is really good. The staff are friendly and respectful, and it's quiet and warm at night, making for a great rest. It felt like everyone I met in the elevator was also very happy with the hotel. A special thanks to Cherry, Cathy, and Herry for their help!

The room type is great, with beautiful views outside, and the facilities are complete. The shuttle service is also very good. The aviation-themed culture is well-reflected, making it a hotel with a distinct style.

Fantastic! The layout is very comfortable, and all the designs are thoughtful. The service attitude is exceptional~ The hotel's aviation theme is quite interesting. This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Shenzhen; I'll definitely come back next time.

The Shenzhen Airlines Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway station, making it super easy for business trips or layovers. The lobby is spacious and bright, and check-in was very efficient. My room had just been renovated, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable and soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing, so I slept very soundly at night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with a focus on Chinese dishes, and you can choose whether or not to include it. The most pleasant surprise was the exceptionally friendly staff; they were patient, meticulous, and answered all my questions, making my stay very comfortable and reassuring. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip to Shenzhen if I'm on a budget! Highly recommended~

The hotel environment and service are good, and the room has a nice view, clean and tidy. However, the executive lounge's food and beverage selection is too limited. Compared to Marriott and Cordis, there's a significant gap. I hope they can improve next time.

I absolutely love this hotel! I adore its design, the little airline robot figurines dressed in different outfits placed everywhere, and the warm service that makes you feel like you're always traveling first class. I also love the views from the window, their meals, and the clean swimming pool 🏊. A special thanks to Director Liu for his meticulous and thoughtful service.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from a shopping mall where you can eat, drink, and watch movies. The hotel service is good, and they're very responsive.

The Executive Lounge service was simply amazing; I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Jennie and Chen on the 27th floor provided service that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely head straight for the lounge on my next visit. Both the afternoon tea and happy hour offerings were delicious. Highly recommended!
