But but the shower room is terrible. The water keeps on changing from no hot water to too hot. Usually for half of shower time you have to wait the water temperature to come back to normal.

The staff is very helpful. Although some staff member has trouble speaking English, but they made best attempt to help us. We were based in the south block. There was no gas stove but we had previously requested to keep a heat stove, so no issues. The kitchennete is very small, with just a pan and a saucepan, but was sufficient for a light cooking, just for breakfast. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the unit. The double bed is super comfy, but the other sofa bed for kids was not good, just enough to sleep!
In general the unit was very clean and convenient which was what we were looking for our 4 days short stay in Hong Kong.
