Rooms cleanliness was awful, the bathtub was clogged, even after the staff tried to unblock. You take a shower and the water reaches your knee level. Room looks dirty and worn out even though it's a pretty recent hotel

We stayed at Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui and loved the central location — it’s right in the heart of the city with easy access to great restaurants, shopping malls, luxury stores, and public transport. The room was decent, but we noticed the towels weren’t very clean and the water tended to stagnate during showers. We hope housekeeping can be improved. Thank you for the stay!😊

During each visit to Hong Kong, I always stay at the Best Western Plus Kowloon hotel. The location is fantastic, with the East TST MTR station just minutes away. There are plenty of local and Western restaurants in the area, along with a Wellcome supermarket, 7-Eleven, and various other shops all within a short walking distance of less than 100 meters.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. If they have a room available, they will always allow you to check in as early as 12 PM, even though the official check-in time is at 3 PM. If you need a late check-out, the hotel is accommodating and will let you check out by 12 PM.
The rooms are well-organized, clean, and offer decent views. As a regular guest, I often receive room upgrades if there is availability. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to all business travelers and even families!!

The rooms is old and not modern. Mattress bad conditions and pillow bad conditions. Toilet is old too

At first, we were given a room on the 8th floor, which was quite old, dark, with a bathtub, carpet floor, and not very clean. Luckily, the receptionist was very friendly and moved us to a newly renovated room on the 5th floor — much better, clean, and with a shower. The location is great, not too far from the harbour.

Old hotel, not expensive, but the location is quite good, near restaurants, in the city, near the bus back to the airport. The staff is good, but not very clean. It is considered acceptable.

Hotel location was perfect. Close to mtr in every direction, many food places nearby. Overall hotel was clean and fresh but the room cleaning was not that good. Noise cancellation in the rooms was quite bad but neigbhours kept quiet.

Hotel is good on the new renovated floors, reception counter staff manager have some attitude with serving customers but overall the hotel is very comfortable to stay

The restaurant is cozy and food are delicious. Don't know why all the waiters are English speakers.

I think it bad value and quality. I ordered seafood and tofu soup which comes with rice. The soup comes in a small bowl filled with low cost tofu and scrap-like bits of squid and octopus, a couple clams, and an egg. There's not a trace of a shrimp or fish. The mushily cooked rice is South China type, not the short grain rice Koreans and Japanese eat. Chopsticks, spoons, cups, water, and order forms are placed on the table for self service, yet when I paid (self service) at the counter, they slapped me with a 10% service charge over an already high bill for the meager portion of food. I definitely left with a sour taste in my mouth, looking for more food to fill me up.

Place is well decorated, foods are ok, but I having issues with services and pricing. Feeling been rushed away straight after finished my meal, totally unacceptable, banned this shop forever. Price are differ from what it shown on the doorstep. Please ban this shop for god sake.
