Warwick Hotel Cheung Chau in Hong Kong

Check in: Reception staff was very helpful, efficient checking us in. When I asked for a non-smoking room, the staff politely explained to me that all rooms are non-smoking, and he assured us that the room was clean and fresh, and offered to change the room if we still had any concerns.
The room: It has amazing seaview and is good size for 2 people, enough space for all our belongings. Bathroom was clean, although it still looks a little old style.
Staff/ Service: We had the pleasure meeting up with the operation manager and sale manager, they mentioned to us they are renovating the facilities and the rooms. We were in one of the new rooms, which seems to be a big improvement compared to some of the comments we've read.
Facilities : They have this "Culture Hub" (recreation / games room) where you can enjoy some boardgames and a refreshment. Next to the restaurant, they have a resting area where you can enjoy the seaview on comfortable seats. We had one meal in their restaurant and the food was good.
Overall : The staff and service were very professional and accomodating.

I truly enjoyed my holiday at the Warwick Hotel! 🤩 The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotless, making for a relaxing stay. 🛌 The service was absolutely outstanding; every staff member was attentive and friendly. 😊 While the location was good, the excellent rooms and stellar service really made this trip special. ✨

Loved our stay in this quaint and off the beaten path hotel in Cheng Chau. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the busy ferry area, with gorgeous views of the ocean! Super friendly staff! Clean rooms! Has an old world rustic charm!

Our first time visit this hotel at Cheung chau, the building looks old but very well maintained, the room with the sea view was amazing, very clean spacious room, bathroom all very clean as well. The staffs were very friendly, we have even bought the breakfast in the hotel the next morning, simple breakfast but view was very nice. The garden was also well treated with many happy looking plants. We swam at the super clean water downstairs on the beach both arrival date and the next morning before check out. Highly recommended a short escape. This side of the hotel is located a little away from the busy ferry pier. We love the peace here very much, many options of good restaurants and little shops and cafe around. Thankyou so much.

Fantastic view! Waves accompanying sleep. The room is a bit old and needs renovation.
The hotel provides some snacks and soft drinks in the room. I put them in the fridge to be cool. If you have time, go out to have breakfast.
