This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I booked it after seeing all the positive reviews. The hotel is easy to find, right near Shawei subway station. I had booked a Sky King Room, and the front desk staff, Lily and Yuni, upgraded my room and gave me a brief introduction to the hotel. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a wide variety of dishes, and there are many great restaurants nearby, plus the transportation is very convenient. There's also a coastal promenade park behind the hotel. All the amenities are fantastic!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I'm so happy! The value for money is exceptional. Lily and Yuni at the front desk even upgraded my room! It was a perfect trip. I ordered food delivery and a little robot brought it right to my room. There's also a small green plant outside each room and a reading area on the floor!

The room was very nice and comfortable. However, I noticed a slight smoking smell in the room and informed the front desk. Their response was very prompt, which I appreciated, but the smell was still there afterward.I’m not sure if it may have been from the hotel’s room fragrance.
As for breakfast, the selection was rather limited considering the price we paid.

The room itself was generally good, and check-in was smooth. However, due to the humid weather in Shenzhen, it was too cold and damp when I first entered the room, even with the AC on. I could distinctly feel the humidity in the air. It got much better after turning off the AC. I suggest the hotel doesn't have the AC running when guests first enter the room.
I also asked the front desk staff to switch rooms, but the new room had an even stronger odor. The front desk service was very good, though.

This is my second time visiting this hotel but this time it was not that satisfactory. There were no hair conditioner in the bathroom while taking a shower and had to wait almost 15 minutes in the shower and got flu afterall. But the rest is good. Please fill up everything in hotel room. Nobody pays for hotel which isn’t worth for price of the room.

Loved our stay! Boutique hotel, felt upscale. The hotel had own signature scent, played light music at the corridor in the day. Room was spacious and comfortable. Sound proofing was great. Overall, felt inviting and upmarket without hefty price tag.
Located right beside a “mall” filled with services such as massages, hair salons and a super market, and Macdonalds and heytea naixue beverages etc. Not a fancy mall, but one that had everything a tourist can relax and end the day in. Has a bustop just a 1 min walk away too, very convenient to connect to other destinations.
Needed help with my parcel 快递 and concierge readily assisted me to contact the courier and resolved it quickly.

It’s a very nice hotel! The environment is clean and proper, and while the style is very classy! It’s also located at the centre of the town so it’s convenient!
Staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the reception lady Camilia. She helped me with check-in and other tasks. The hotel is worth recommending!

Camila and David provided excellent service. The room was also very clean and tidy. It's great value for money and close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or public transport.
