Metro Station) I stayed for almost a week.
When I checked in at the reception, the receptionist 贝塔Beta greeted me. And during our stay, she always checked up on us to see if we liked everything or if there was anything we wished for.
I booked a room, but because of my own preferences, I asked to see other rooms - higher categories. When Beta helped me, we were upgraded to a different room. Which made us feel very warm welcomed.
During the stay, she prepared some fruits for us and introduced with hotel amenities.
Yet, one of the days, I asked for help to order some flowers, to make a surprise. Beta was all above and beyond, to assist me in making a surprise.
In hotels, we come as guests, but people like Beta and all hotel staff members, make it very personalized and special.
We will come back soon, and also highly recommend to everyone who chooses to stay in the heart of Shenzhen. ❤️
