My overall stay was super comfortable. Milo at the front desk was so kind and attentive. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and cozy, so I slept really well. The room also had great natural light. The location is excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The experience at the Shenzhen Seaview Gleetour Hotel West Wing was absolutely perfect! The facilities are well-developed and comprehensive, and the guest rooms are spacious. They come equipped with a wet/dry separated bathroom, an HD TV, and high-speed WiFi. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the entire room spotless and no missed spots. The towels and bedding were white and fluffy, and daily cleaning was prompt and thorough. The common areas were also neat and orderly. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Overseas Chinese Town and close to the subway entrance. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. The high floors provide expansive views. The service was warm and professional; check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the staff were polite and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Booked this hotel because of the good reviews on this site - particularly on the cleanliness but left with bed bug bites all over my legs.

The first night I felt something pricking my skin while lying in bed asleep. I woke up to scratch my legs. The next day, I noticed small red bumps on my skin and over the next few days, the small bumps grew bigger and was intensely itchy.

I hope that this hotel will look into their housekeeping to make sure that the bedsheets are changed and mattress is checked to ensure that there are no bed bugs. And the carpet should be vacuumed daily.

Booked an East Wing room but got upgraded to a Main Wing room, very satisfied! The location is great, right outside the subway station so it's convenient to go anywhere. If you walk a bit further in, there's a residential area with plenty of food and shops. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were all enthusiastic and helpful.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations for the price! For just over 500 RMB, it has a very grand lobby, and you genuinely get sea views with a very open and expansive vista. The room was also as spacious, bright, and clean as described. What's even better is that the subway entrance is right outside, making getting around incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Shenzhen.

I came to Shenzhen on short notice and chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation for the area. I was extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, right outside the subway station. The service was warm and welcoming, the environment was lovely, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The surrounding area also has a great local vibe. I rarely give hotels a perfect score, but I was truly impressed with this one.

The room is a bit small, but the sea view is great, and so is the breakfast. You get that lovely feeling of 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms all around.' It's super convenient as it's right by Exit A of Overseas Chinese Town Station on the Shenzhen Metro. Plus, behind the hotel, there's the Shenzhen campus of Jinan University and a whole street of restaurants.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's directly opposite OCT Metro Station, and behind it is the OCT Food Street. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the price is quite reasonable.

This is one of the few hotels I actually want to give a good review to. I'm proactively leaving a positive review because my expectations weren't too high, so I was pleasantly surprised. From every detail in the room (the bedding for sleep and the shower experience were both exceptional) to the quality of the breakfast, it felt like great value for money. There's a good aesthetic evident everywhere...
