The hotel has a great location and it's near metro and grocery stores however... We were not satisfied with the hotel itself !!

The rooms were slightly dirty. We found hair in our bedsheets and asked for change. The curtains had so many stains on them.
The toilet was an absolute NIGHTMARE!
The flush buttons did not work and the toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet !

The breakfast they offered and charged us for was horrible. It included dumplings and boiled eggs and broth and cold dishes. No coffee machine. No tea. No hot water. No milk. NOTHING !
The restaurant for the breakfast is next to the hotel and not inside the hotel ! We had to walk in the rain !
And the dining hall was dirty as well !

They refused to refund us for the money we paid for breakfast after we said that we were not satisfied and didn't eat anything !! The lobby workers were dismissive towards our complaint.

However the great customer service at Trip.com gave rewards when we told them about it.

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it a perfect score! The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was plush and comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night with no noise disturbance whatsoever. What truly impressed me was the service; from check-in to addressing any daily needs, everything was incredibly prompt. The staff were warm, patient, and exceptionally thoughtful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the quality was excellent, catering to diverse tastes. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The location is superb, with excellent transport links nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were wonderfully warm and attentive, always ready to help. The overall atmosphere felt very welcoming and thoughtful, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 4-minute walk from Keji Road subway station. The housekeeping staff were incredibly thorough, and my room was spotless. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs.

This was my first time visiting Xi'an, and I chose this hotel. Even though it's not located directly in a tourist area, its proximity to Keji Road Metro Station is incredibly convenient. You can easily access Line 3 and Line 6, which provide direct links to major attractions like the Bell Tower, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Xiaozhai district. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was wonderfully quiet. I had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering excellent recommendations for local eateries and places to explore. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean and it was cleaned daily but the room was sub par for the price. I stayed in better hotels in Beijing for a comparable price. I was given only 1 litre of water daily for a queen sized bed room, in other hotels I would get 2 litres. Room looked unfinished and as like the construction was rushed as seen in the pictures. Also there is only one night stand and the ventilation in the toilet didn't work at times. I do not recommend this hotel

This was our first trip to Xi'an, and we were thoroughly impressed. The front desk staff provided excellent service, even thoughtfully helping us with directions. Our room was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is also fantastic, being very close to the subway station, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Xi'an. The room was really spacious and spotless. The front desk staff were amazing; they even recommended some great local sightseeing routes. The hotel also offers on-site parking for just 1 yuan an hour. Plus, it's super close to the subway station, with direct lines to major attractions like the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Definitely great value for money!

This was my first visit to Xi'an, and I booked this hotel. The ambiance is excellent, and it's extremely close to the subway station. Kejilu subway station offers direct access to the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which is incredibly convenient. Parking is also available.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and provided fantastic service; I even received a complimentary room upgrade during check-in, which was a delightful surprise! The surrounding amenities are excellent. There are plenty of dining options right outside, and the subway station is very close, making it incredibly convenient to get around. This hotel is a highly convenient choice for tourists.
