The room layout was great, and it smelled nice with no weird odors. Since I arrived late, only a ground-floor room was available. It has four hot spring pools, and the breakfast rice noodles were delicious. However, the cleanliness could be improved; there was a large clump of hair on the floor when I entered the room. The garden was also beautiful.

This is a great hotel with an excellent location, very close to Dianchi Lake, making it super convenient for feeding the seagulls. The rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel has fantastic views, plus its own hot spring. Our butler, Mia, provided very enthusiastic service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and truly relax.

The food was also excellent, with a great variety and very high quality.

What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful – whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant team, the lounge staff, or the reception. The hotel is also very foreigner-friendly, and communication in English was smooth and easy at all times.

I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Kaia, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. She was always available via WeChat, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed!

This hotel is located near Dianchi Lake, and the public area features hot springs for guests to enjoy. I accidentally booked a double room, but the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a king room with a private hot tub in a small courtyard, which was really comfortable. They also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot during my stay and a free fridge magnet upon checkout. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is elegant, and the hot spring service is excellent. Although there were some minor flaws with the room equipment upon check-in, the hotel staff promptly and properly handled them, and even provided a thoughtful room setup. Our service butler, Mia, provided meticulous and warm service throughout our stay. She was not only professional and efficient but also showed care and consideration in every detail, making us feel right at home.

I stayed in the Nalong Family Room, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, decorated with a playful touch that my child absolutely loved. The park environment was incredibly beautiful, making you feel like you were immersed in nature, which was very uplifting. The facilities were comprehensive, and the service was attentive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend it to families with children; it's definitely a delightful stay! Recommendation: Five stars.

Had a fantastic stay! Mia contacted me in advance, and my room was upgraded. The hotel garden even has swans and bunnies. The location is super convenient; it's very close to feed the seagulls, and I even saw fireworks.

Customer service agent Mia was incredibly helpful. She contacted me in advance and arranged a room upgrade for us. Since we had a large group and multiple rooms, she managed to get all our connecting rooms on the same floor, which was fantastic! The hotel environment is lovely, and the breakfast spread is excellent. We only stayed a short time, but we'll definitely be back next year!

The hotel is located right by Haigeng Dam, and the environment is lovely. The rooms are well-maintained and hold up well, and the housekeeping is good. The complimentary hot spring bath was very relaxing. The hotel's Cai Feng Lou restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast is plentiful.
