Very enjoyable stay. Staff is great, helpful and cheerful. Rooms were very nice and the bathroom was perfect. Appreciate having the toilet in a separate area. If I am back in Chengdu area I would definitely stay there again.

Had a fantastic stay! Every detail in the hotel and room was well thought out. The front desk kindly upgraded our room for free and even provided complimentary fruit and a late-night snack. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. Plus, the surrounding area has everything you could need.

Choosing Lushan Hotel was a great decision! The hotel is quietly nestled within the town. The day before check-in, I received a call from the concierge who upgraded my room. A welcome card was already prepared in the room, and there's a lovely little courtyard outdoors, which was incredibly comfortable. This stay was truly excellent; I won't list every detail, but it left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Chengdu Lushan Amber!

The room facilities are comprehensive, with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all working flawlessly – every detail shows great care. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. From the front desk staff's welcoming smiles to the meticulous attention of the housekeeping team, every employee was warm, courteous, and highly responsive. Whether it was help with luggage, check-in, or even a late-night room service request, every need was met promptly and professionally, truly making me feel 'at home'.

A fantastic hotel located within a small “town”. Rooms are clean and service is friendly and understanding. They also have turn down service which was nice and thoughtful. Everything was very comfortable. Breakfast was alright, not the best but average in my opinion for the price point. Surrounding Environment is great and thankful for the upgrade of room types.
