This Hampton Inn met the brand's usual standards. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was very comfortable and the toiletries were quite good. It's a few kilometers' walk from Kuanzhai Alley, so we had dinner in a nearby residential area instead. The restaurant was tiny, but the food was delicious! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the dining area felt a little cramped, being entirely indoors with no windows, so you couldn't see outside.

This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Chengdu. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four nights. While the room wasn't huge, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were also very attentive; on the first night, there was a small issue with my door lock, and they immediately moved me to a new room the next day – they really go the extra mile for their guests. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch. Very satisfied!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. The room decor was cozy, and I slept really well. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly in the hallways, which was a lovely touch. They also provided black tea bags and there's a laundry room available anytime. You can even store your luggage after checking out. Plus, parking is free! This hotel is definitely worth recommending.

The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job, making my stay feel very secure and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very warm and enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with this stay. It was also very convenient that there's a robot downstairs on the first floor to deliver takeout. The room was also equipped with black tea, which I really liked. Highly recommend!

Transportation: It's about a 10-minute walk between two subway stations, which makes getting around very convenient. Definitely worth experiencing.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the service is incredibly attentive, making you feel right at home. I especially appreciated the selection of both Western and Chinese breakfast dishes, along with black tea and coffee. The chicken noodle soup was particularly tasty. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide professional and thorough service. I was thoroughly impressed with both the front desk and room service. The robot delivery service for takeaways was also a great convenience throughout my stay, making for a truly comfortable trip.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, the front desk staff greeted me politely and proactively asked about my check-in needs. The service was excellent. The room itself was clean and tidy, and it even came with coffee and green tea sachets, plus a tourist map of Chengdu. Really impressive!

Extended my stay for another two days, and it was really great! The staff are so welcoming, and the breakfast is genuinely good with a wide variety of options. They even have a robot deliver meals! When we checked out, they gave my child a panda toy, which was a lovely touch. Thank you!

The breakfast was quite comprehensive, with all the usual varieties. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfy, so I slept really well at night. The service was also excellent, the location was great, and the price was just right. I'll definitely come back next time.

There's no place like home, and no place like Hampton. The benevolent receptionist upgraded my room free of charge, which was just as nice. Definitely a must-stay hotel for a Chengdu trip.
