I spent over 900 yuan and drove dozens of kilometers to stay at your Ramada – I must have been out of my mind! In a nutshell, it's all glitz and no substance.

I booked a 'Mountain Wilderness King Room', and the room was right by the river, across the road. Sure, it had a big balcony, but directly opposite were the back kitchens of a row of restaurants along the road. Where's the 'mountain wilderness' in that? What 'mountain wilderness' are you talking about? In the afternoon, while trying to rest, there was a constant drilling sound – either renovations or something else going on across the street. Complaining was useless; it wasn't within the hotel's control. I thought about sitting on the balcony for a bit, but then massive bees, the size of my thumb, kept flying around the bamboo decor. On closer inspection, they'd built a nest in the bamboo paneling. Don't your maintenance staff ever check anything? I paid 900 yuan for *this* room? No view from the balcony, just bees for company? 'Mountain wilderness' my foot, you Ramada should just rename yourselves 'Beehive Hotel'. Seriously, the view from my own home balcony is better than your hotel's. speechless.

But the most frustrating part was the hot spring. After getting out of the pool, my wife was showering when an old man just casually walked in and then walked out as if nothing happened. Ramada, with this level of management, you're not far from bankruptcy! I complained to the management, and all I got was an apology. Pursuing it further seemed like too much hassle, so I just dropped it.

Absolute garbage. I hope my review gets seen. This place is worth maybe 500 yuan at most.
