The hot and cold water system in the room's shower isn't working well; it keeps fluctuating between hot and cold. Everything else was fine.

Hotel is in a fair condition, and its location is very good, proximity to public transportation and amenities. We booked a deluxe room, but was upgraded to a mini suite on arrival. Staff is very polite and patient even though we checked in at 1am. Hotel also houses a laundromat for guest usage. Definitely a preferred hotel for foreign visitors.

The TV remote was broken, and I couldn't turn off the TV. The power outlets were sealed inside a cabinet and inaccessible. The phone in the room also didn't connect to the front desk. Since I arrived late at night, I was too tired...

The room smelled of smoke. I requested a non smoking room and there was a sign inside. Opening the window was not an option because it smelled food. Otherwise, it was ok.

About 20-30 minutes walk from southern rail station. Had cigarettes smell all over, even inside the shower, it comes up from the drain. Plus found a used cigarette inside the soap Holder. Internet was very slow. Had all the needed stuff for a one night transfer (towel, soap, water...) There an upscale neighborhood about 20 minutes walk north.
