This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of South City, and is super close to Tongzilin Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the airport and various shopping districts. The lobby is grand and elegant, with a soothing aroma. Cassie was incredibly warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. She actively helped resolve any issues I had, and I was very satisfied with her service. I'll definitely reach out to her for my next stay. Her patience and attention to detail were truly exceptional! She's gentle and approachable, providing thorough and meticulous service that made my entire stay pleasant and comfortable, with incredible attention to detail. Professional yet personable, she made me feel completely at home in Chengdu. I'll choose this place again for my next stay. The room was spacious and bright, and being on a high floor, I had expansive views overlooking South City. Cassie's attitude and service were particularly thoughtful, making for an excellent experience!

As an established five-star hotel, the service was truly excellent. My child threw up during check-in, and since we arrived early and our suite wasn't ready, the duty manager arranged a room for us to use first and even brought over some plain congee. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The open suite offered great views and natural light, and my child had a fantastic time playing in the room.

Great environment and a convenient location. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, provided excellent service. They even bring food deliveries right to your room, which is a really thoughtful touch! The room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a good variety too. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The best hotel to stay at in Chengdu! The location is super convenient! It's not far from the airport, attractions, or shopping districts! Just downstairs are the famous Lao Qian Tongzilin and Yulin areas! The service is excellent! This is always my first choice whenever I visit Chengdu! Thumbs up!
