The room was clean and hygienic. Nora at the front desk provided excellent service. There's a self-service laundry and dryer available for free use. The room was also well-stocked with mineral water.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! They're having a promotion right now, so the price was great. The heating was on, making both my room and the lobby really warm and cozy. Plus, the room itself was super clean and fresh. I had such a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Honestly, I'm so satisfied! Here's a little heart for them ❤️

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Arthur at the front desk was very welcoming and even gave me a disposable raincoat when I checked out because it was raining outside. The hotel's location is also great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff, Xiao Li, provided excellent service. She proactively asked if I needed any help and, noticing I had children, even arranged for a staff member to bring kid-sized toiletries. She's very perceptive! Definitely a big thumbs up!

The room was great! Sister Luo provided excellent service, a definite thumbs up. The lobby has laundry machines and a book bar, and you can even enjoy tea or a drink 🍺 there, which is fantastic. It's a really good hotel; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu.

The room was exquisite and clean. Ms. Xiao at the front desk was very responsible and attentive. Since I had to rush to the airport in the morning and didn't have time for the hotel breakfast (which was included with my booking), she prepared a lovely take-away breakfast for me, including bread, fruit, and pastries! She also reminded me about the subway route to the airport and important travel tips!
