Staying during the off-season was absolutely amazing! Fewer tourists meant no waiting lines for the hot springs, and the water in the pools was crystal clear with no impurities. The private hot spring baths offered great privacy, allowing me to quietly enjoy my own relaxing time.

The hotel's exterior environment is excellent. The service attitude is also very good. The internal facilities are not so cost-effective. The room after the change is generally satisfactory. It would be better if the ventilation effect is better. The rice noodles and walnut juice for breakfast are good.

The overall environment of the hotel is excellent. Dining and leisure are integrated. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30. There are not many types of self-service, but it is enough. Yunnan's special rice noodles, rice vermicelli and rice rolls are all available. The service is also enthusiastic. Because the distance is far, the battery car picks up and drops off. The scenery is absolutely amazing, it can be said that it is blessed by nature. The front desk saw that we were traveling with children, and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type with a larger bed. Let me talk about some shortcomings: the integrated design of the entire scenic area is still not perfect. For example, there is no battery car connection between the hotel and Shimenguan Scenic Area, and you can only go to the hot springs. There is only one 120 pass in the scenic area. In fact, most people will not go to the high-altitude plank road and hiking, and there is a suspicion of bundled sales. Of course, the above shortcomings are not the hotel's problem, just for your reference.

The room was clean, the books were good, the breakfast was adequate, and there were electric carts for luggage. There was no elevator, so it was more difficult to carry luggage if you lived on a high floor. Considering the hot spring ticket, the price was reasonable during the May Day holiday. The water quality of the hot spring was good, but the cleanliness was not well maintained.

Service: After parking on the lawn, the shuttle bus will be called to deliver the luggage to the lobby and then take the guests to their accommodation after check-in. I added the hotel WeChat and asked about the service. The reply was immediate and the arrangement was made. We also went to the mulberry garden to experience picking.
Double Shimenguan Hot Spring: After dinner, I went to the hot spring at almost 21:00. There were a lot of people during the May Day holiday. There was a 28-degree swimming pool in the hot spring area and three hot spring pools.

The room is small and the facilities are old. There is no elevator, so those who live upstairs need to carry their luggage by themselves.
But this price includes hot springs, which is also a good price.
The place where we live is a certain distance from the parking spot and a few hundred meters away from the hot springs. You can call a service vehicle to pick you up.
The master is very patient and helps to carry the luggage upstairs.
The hygiene is average. We stayed in two rooms, and there were ants on the bed in one of them. I was so scared that I sprayed mosquito repellent everywhere when I arrived.
The hot spring landscape is very open, which is a big surprise.
There are not many people, and the natural resources are unique.
I think both Shimenguan scenic spot and hot springs are worth visiting.
I hope that the place where I live can improve its hardware and software facilities to match the scenic spot resources. In fact, it is acceptable to sell it at a higher price.
After leaving the hotel, their staff sent WeChat to ask me to give a full five-star review. They put pressure on me to deduct my salary or suspend me if I don’t have a good review.
I was still traveling at the time, and the reply said that I would comment later when I was free.
The next morning, the staff chased me and said I didn't comment, and asked me to comment and take a screenshot to show her? ? ? This made me very uncomfortable. There was no sense of boundaries at all, which made me lose a lot of goodwill.
Comment or not, and how much rating is, are the rights of each resident. Why do you ask customers how to comment, and chase you to explain it?

The hotel is in the scenic area, the planning is good, and parking is convenient, but the building we stayed in did not have an elevator, and we had a lot of luggage, so we had to rely on the waiter to carry it up! Breakfast, accommodation and hot springs are not together, so you need to call a tour bus or walk, which is not very convenient! My mother fell in the scenic area, but it was not serious. I called the waiter to get some ice cubes to apply it. As a result, the waiter brought ice cubes and Yunnan Baiyao, and asked me if I needed them to take me to the hospital. This kind of service awareness still touched me! Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay!
