You need to think twice before staying at Atour Hotel in the future!

The hotel environment and facilities are the worst Atour Hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk called to arrange a check-in time of around 3 pm. When we arrived at the hotel, we waited for half an hour before we were able to check into a room (we booked two rooms). When we took a shower in the bathroom, a lot of water flowed onto the ground outside the shower room. I originally brought my family here to experience the Atour Hotel that I liked very much before, but I didn't expect that there would be Atour Hotels of such quality now!

The worst hotel I've stayed at, it feels like an old hotel with a new name. All the supporting facilities and standards are completely not up to the standards of Atour. As shown in the picture, there is old scale on the faucet, oil stains on the table, leftovers in the refrigerator, fresh dirt in the box, and double eyelid stickers on the basin.

Facilities: In order to ensure that guests have a good sleep, the air conditioner in the room is very loud. A pair of earplugs is provided for the twin room. It feels very considerate for each person to bring one or take turns. The quilt is like being in an incubator. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner in winter. It is very humane! However, the window is the only double-layer window I have seen in Yunnan, and the sound insulation effect is not very good. The ghost fire that exploded in the middle of the night can be heard clearly, which is interesting to accompany you to sleep.
Hygiene: I mentioned hygiene at the beginning, leaving a lot of things, so that guests can clean it themselves to prevent boredom.
The surrounding environment is still good. There is a barbecue and a la carte service downstairs. The subway entrance is 500 meters away, which is also convenient for riding a bike.
Service: Check-in at the front desk seems to have some indicators, and it forces you to ask for some verification code. If you don’t give the verification code, you can’t go to the room. Check in at more than four o’clock and the room is said to be not cleaned yet. You can only choose a room with either a shelter or a bad location. When you check in, it’s four o’clock and the room is not cleaned yet. You need to understand. Check out at two o’clock. You will be called at 12 o’clock to have guests waiting to check in and let you leave immediately. However, there is a guy serving water, which is quite good. The only comfortable place
