We stayed a week at the perfectly located Villa Atlanta and it was great. This villa is associated with the Hotel Excelsior two doors down and hence, you do your check in/out there but this was easy. In fact, the benefits are that you get use their facilities (pool, towels, spa, gym, etc)! We had the suite with the upstairs bedroom overlooking the sea and it was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that the upstairs AC didn’t work as well as the downstairs one but it wasn’t that hot so we were ok. Our kitchen had all the usual amenities and it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!!!
Disadvantages:
No parking place only 3 for 14 apartment??? Reception is 24h something around 200 m (other hotel) but Man from Reception was very rude and not helpful 😕! This is way I give only 4 stars
If you are looking an apartment in Lovran - this would be the perfect fit.
The fact that is under maintenance of hotel near by helps a lot since you can use their pool, beach, spa... It's very clean, well equipped and the staff is kind and helpful. We will come again, just choose the one facing the sea :)
We stayed in the one next to the road but it was still OK... Just have in mind that if you are having stroller you wanna ask for the ones in the ground level.
Only downside is that there is no oven and the table in the yard should be bigger. For the two of us was fine, but with more persons would be challenging.
