I had a 1-hour full body oiled massage and it was fantastic. Jessica, the therapist, was very professional and skilled. The setting by the beach was incredibly relaxing, and the whole experience left me feeling refreshed and recharged. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Thai massage.

Hotel (rooms) are very clean but the look of the hotel is very old, like in the original state, not renovated ever.
You have registration fee (separately from price of the room) which is first time I experienced in hotel.
Staff is artificially kind (at reception desk and managers in restaurant), but cleaning ladys and waiters are lovely.
We will visit Losinj again certainly but the hotel certainly not.

The price per night for a hotel like this is outrageous. First of all, we were told that if we didn't arrive for dinner by 9pm, it would be waiting for us in the room when we checked in. Of course, upon arrival at the hotel, the gentleman told us that he couldn't arrange dinner in the room and that he hoped we weren't hungry. Second, the door to the room was torn. Third, two towels in the room had blood stains. Fourth, we booked a room with a park view, and we got a room with a parking lot view as you can see in the picture. Fifth, the noise in the hotel is unbearable, and waking up every morning at 5am because of delivery trucks and other cars in the parking lot is priceless. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the hotel for you. Horrible experience.

We had higher expectations given the price (nearly €200 for one night in low season). While the dog fee (which was €30) included a bandana and treats, it felt excessive, especially since we couldn't take him with us for breakfast. The room lacked basic amenities like a kettle and tea/coffee. The AC didn’t work at night, I didn't have the wi-fi password cause in the manual found in the room it stated that we had to ask reception for it, and to top it all, we couldn’t reach reception as one number was invalid and the other constantly busy (it was around 11pm). The pool was overcrowded (apparently due to guests from another hotel), and the jacuzzi was out of order. Overall, not worth the price sorry. Friendly staff and good food need to be mentioned too.

The one-week autumn stay in there was amazing, in big part due to the very good and kind hotel staff! We were late with arrival and missed the dinner, because the kid felt sick during the car ride, so the kind personnel sorted out a late dinner for us. Rooms are very nice and clean and the views from the fourth floor are awesome, you can see the little cove below and the island Susak. Lots of very nice walking paths around the hotel. The food was great, especially dinner. I loved that there were multiple different types of fish on selection, one could assemble a nice fish platter, very delicious. The waiting staff was super kind as well, went out of their way to make a young family feel comfortable. All in all, great experience in a nice and modern hotel, with great views and great food. Saunas are nice as well. 👍

I absolutely love this hotel!

Firstly, the rooms are nice and clean, pretty spacious and have excellent wifi. Also, the cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and always accessible.

Secondly, the food is amazing! There is an all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is always a variety of dishes offered (meat, fish, vegetarian food, vegetables, grill, local food...).

Thirdly, the location is great! The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and there is also a nice walking trail alongside the coast for people who enjoy long, relaxing walks.

I would definitely recommend this place! :)

+ Variety and quality of the buffet (morning/breakfast & evening)
Con:
- Rooms with "garden view" actually have a view of the access road/parking, where tourist buses are noisily boarded early in the morning, and where people drink, smoke and talk at literally all hours of the night ...
- Atmosphere in the restaurant is similar to a noisy train station, staying there is stressful rather than a pleasure ...
- Beach access via several long stairways only (no elevator). Not suitable for elderly people. The beach itself is very nice (white flag for water quality!). However there is very loud (!) music constantly (!) played by the joyful party groups in the nearby picnic area. ...
- The self-service coffee machines at the breakfast buffet are shameful.

Except for a few minor issues, we’ve had a wonderful stay here. The location is amazing, the view was wonderful, the food was delicious. The room was a bit older and the fan was a bit noisy, but it was forgivable thanks to the view and surroundings. The massage was great, the saunas worked only 2 out of 5, but we were alone there. And we appreciated no animation most evenings (but if you miss it - nearby hotel has it).
