Apartments Erica Lux in Novigrad

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Extremely overpriced. Very small rooms and no WiFi. Cobwebs in every corner. NOBODY informed us that there would be cats here, and although I have nothing against cats, they pooped and peed under/on our balcony every night. It smelled so horrible we couldn't even be on the balcony for 5 minutes, and my mother is very allergic to cats. That was also a problem since we brought our dog, we couldn't relax at all. The service was horrible and the staff was very rude. When we told them our problem they just dismissed it and were EXTREMELY impolite towards us. Even the beaches weren't good. We hated every second of our trip. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I can't so I'm giving them a 1.

Very rude staff! We politely asked for a towel and they scolded us that this is not a hotel.

We told them the shower drain is clogged and instead of being apologetic they told us to never come again!?? What??

Asked about a reschedule of our trip because of the COVID travel restrictions to Croatia and just got ignored for about a week.
We didn't get any information what we should do or how we could to a COVID test e.g.

A booking request for a reduced cancellation got immediately declined and we are still getting ignored.
Thats just unacceptable for a serious accommodation, in such a difficult time we at least need informations about our trip.
We won't ever book again.

Terrible service!
First time in my life happened that waitress didn't alowe to me and my wife to even sit on only one availabe table. Her low IQ explanation was that this table is for her!!?😖
This place is a joke.
Avoid at any cost.
