A fantastic boutique hotel and spa! We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Spa seemed to be new and really beautifully designed. We especially loved the tiled swimming pool, the Finnish Sauna, the Steam Sauna (aka Turkish Bath), and Emotional Shower. Jacuzzi was also nice, but keep in mind that it’s only set to between 32 and 36 Celsius. (Warm, not hot)
Overall, a very relaxing experience and in a great, peaceful location along the marina with beautiful views of the harbor, olive groves, and the charming old city of Novigrad. Easy 10 minute walk to town.
The food was also very good. We enjoyed the half board (dinner for 2), which was a good value, and the buffet breakfast was among the best we’ve had in Istria; Omlettes, pancakes, pastries, cheeses, proscuitto, etc. The waitstaff was really helpful and often smiling.
We live nearby and decided to book this for a birthday celebration, and look forward to return again for wellness and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Beautifull, comfortable and a great qualty rooms! Real nautical style 10/10. Excellent location, excellent service! We do travel a lot but a deal like this we have never seen (value/qualty). We are definitely coming back!

Laughing at the reception about guests, because they thought we don't understand croatian, but guess what? We are fluent in croatian.
Reception is staffed with bored, unmotivated and sophisticated gen-z staff who let you know by behaviour and gestures, they are something better. Zero de-escalation Management.
If you want to get laughed behind your back by some +20 year olds, this is the place to stay.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms are extremely spacious with a nautical theme throughout. Lovely renovated shower room. Breakfast is taken on the terrace overlooking the marina. The staff are efficient and friendly. Novigrad is a beautiful town. Lido beach a short walk away. Cycling is prolific with good cycle hire nearby, opposite the petrol station. So many cycling routes and cycling lanes alongside roads which are respected by motorists.

I'm glad we found this hotel on our way during the road trip! Really good!
Large comfortable rooms! The bathroom is newly updated it felt like! Charming interior in a marine theme. Large balcony!
Super friendly staff! Good food in the restaurant and delicious cocktails. The breakfast has everything you can imagine! Quiet and peaceful location! SPA & Wellness is included in the room price and it was very nice and fresh. Parking is included! We decided to stay 3 nights and we don't regret it! The port of Novigrad is within walking distance and so are swimming opportunities in the sea! Highly recommended!
However, I have some feedback for the hotel management. It would have been nice if the pool area and SPA & Wellness had hours when it is child-free!
As for the rooms, the carpet is the only thing that is worn and lowers the impression. But the bathroom is spotless. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space! Don't hesitate to book!

The room and interior design are wonderful!
Don't miss the wellness area - it's just great.
The breakfast is ok and the restaurant Navigare has plenty room for improvement - but you don't need to eat there.

Disappointing experience – inflexible and unaccommodating I had booked a two-night stay but had to adjust my plans unexpectedly after the first night. I reached out to amend the reservation, but the hotel showed zero flexibility and insisted on charging the full amount, despite clear communication and a genuine effort to find a fair solution. Rigid policies are one thing, but the complete lack of understanding or goodwill was disappointing. This kind of customer service leaves a lasting negative impression — I won’t be returning, and I would advise other travelers to be cautious if your plans might need any adjustment.

We had our e-bikers group with 28 people in total one night in the hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! Large, comfortable rooms with perfect views, kind and helpful staff, had the chance to watch the UEFA Inter - Barcelona in the lounge. Highly recommend this place, best hotel in Novigrad! Will come back definitely in the future!
