Guesthouse Mimbelli in Orebic

We used to be guests here for many years. This year they reduced the size of the dishes and served previously frozen calamari.
From our point of view the wrong way to compensate a crisis...

Nice old building, nothing more. We have slept in plenty of cheap Airbnb’s before our ‘luxury’ stay at this place. Who would have thought we would receive the worst service in a ‘4 star’ guesthouse. When we arrived, before we even asked for our room, we were told that there was no room with a sea view available, another couple had already asked for it in the morning and there was a huge argument, so we shouldn’t bother asking. Checking our reservation, we indeed noticed that we did have a reservation for a room with a sea view. While I was calling the platform that I used to book the place, suddenly we were told that there was a room free with sea view… wonder what happened to the other people that we were told were staying at that place. However, no apologies needed - where is the parking lot? Be prepared - without asking one of the staff will enter the passenger seat to show the way. Of course my girlfriend will be fine with the back seat. Probably the rudest thing I ever experienced. I won’t go into the details on the service during our stay, the pictures about the ‘awesome’ breakfast as some people say speak for themself (chunks of cheese in omelette). 2 stars cause we got huge discount and paid less than 100 bucks per night
