The view was amazing. The staff was great. The cleanliness was excellent. The buffet and food left a lot to be desired and it is difficult to get up and down from the beaches.

The food was magnificent, both dinner and breakfast, though breakfast could be improved with machine-made coffee; there was only Americano, and it was very weak, served at the table. The juices were just regular sodas. Everything else was exceptional, as were the cooks at the buffet. The waitresses were slow and not very friendly.

I can't find any faults. Everything is perfect, including the environment, hygiene, and food. The waiter cleans up twice a day. You have to pay for the snacks in the refrigerator, and you have to pay for the chips outside the refrigerator, just don't touch them.

The hotel is well-known locally, and even taxi drivers are familiar with it. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money. The entire resort is divided into apartments and a hotel, so it's quite large and requires some walking. There are many facilities, and the spa is quite comfortable.

okay..where should I start...staying here was one of my best lif choices I made so far. It has quite a distance from old town, but it is worth it. For a fee you can always take the their shuttle to town within 30 minutes. The 1 bed room apartment with sea view was spectacular..it was just so nice..the private beach, pools, indoor pools, bike rentals....I will come back for sure. Please dont hesitate...

The hotel is a stunning oasis of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and an elegant atmosphere.

It's great. There are lots of fun things to do on the beach. The sea is crystal clear. There are five delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are all facing the sea.

We have been returning guests at the Grand Azur Hotel for at least 10 years. We usually spend 7-10 days here in the fall after the intense heat of summer. This hotel is part of a larger resort complex. Frankly, most of the properties under different brands here are quite similar, although the 'Blue' one does seem to offer slightly better facilities. Overall, it primarily caters to tour groups, so it's usually very crowded.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. My only slight reservation was that I found the continental breakfast a bit hard to get used to since it didn't include rice porridge.

Avoid the annex It’s an average hotel if you are able to stay in the main building, but avoid the annex at all costs. Halls and rooms of the annex smell like cigarette and they try to mask it with an air freshener that only makes it all worse. That being said, a few design/comfort flaws with the main hotel as well. A must stay in Dubrovnik staff, food overall 10 out of 10 for us definitely will be back. We only had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights due to being stranded in Dubrovnik after a Marella Cruise strong winds stopped all planes from coming in and out however this turned out to be a great experience and wouldn’t have found this Gem of a hotel.

The hotel's environment is great, and the sunset sea view is superb! However, the cleanliness of the guest rooms was a letdown, and the service was just so-so! Upon entering the room, I found dust all over the bedside table and wardrobe shelves. Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles...

For a 5 Star Hotel, the TVs are absolutely tiny and so outdated you can’t even mirror your phone or get Netflix on them. No coffee machine in the room is also terrible for a 5 Star property. Trying to get coffee at Breakfast was even a task. Drink is extremely expensive and the lunch and evening meal we had there was very poor quality.. Would not return

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” and then back to their phones or laptop. A little more conversation and customer service required.

Babin Kuk is mainly made up of resort hotels, including the Valamar group which meant you could use the loungers on the beach at the nearby President hotel. The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning.
