Many hotel staff are hospitable and willing to help. Room is nice. Food is very good.

nice stay for two days, the room fee includes breakfast and dinner every day, hotel has own swimming pool but very busy, pass through pool you can find a public Beach. but unfortunately there are no any supermarkets nearby hotel expect for a Chinese restaurant. air conditioner can't work, it's very hot in the afternoon，the staff only suggests to open the window, it looks crazy

Stayed here as we had an early morning flight. Hotel runs a shuttle to the airport and while convenient it is very overpriced.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, the room was bright and airy with modern decor. The location was great for visiting Dubrovnik the bus stop was local, staff were very helpful and there are plenty of option to eat nearby.

there is a serious sewage smell problem in the bay effecting a wide area depending on the wind. eventhough sea looks great the noise at the beach due to constructions going on at the bay and the sewage tank smell, swimming is not tempting. the situation is not specific to the vis hotel effects many hotels at the bay.

I have no idea why this hotel is only 3☆ It's an outstanding hotel! I can't fault it. This hotel is fantastic! It's location is great, it's clean and has a beautiful beach. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel. There was so much variety for breakfast that I didn't know where to start. This included hams, cheeses, bread, fruits, meats/ sausages, eggs, yoghurts, coffee machines, etc...

Excellent service and good to stay

The bedsheets were dirty, but the staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic. No water was provided in the room. The biggest drawback was the lack of an elevator. It was difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Wonderful dual beach here - from both sides - both sides of the peninsula. Parking, shower and a cabin to chage clothes. Two restaurants, boat or jet ski rental. They got it all here.

Overall average rating and a bit disappointed Lots of reviews said staff very friendly however I didn’t feel the same . I suspect reviewers were taking about different staff. Hyee I just visited hotel lumbarda in this month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent especially mohit, and I would love to visit again.. thanks to all staff for your love and service.

Location was amazing beautiful views overlooking the beach and the sea. The hotel was really clean and had friendly staff. The rooms are really clean modern and had a nice balcony. The Aircon works perfectly and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was decent, nice choice of pastries and fruit Very good value and would return the only drawback would be the amount of steps up or down to the hotel...

Great views from rooms' balcony, hotel's location is perfecto just 10 min walking to main bus lines to Dubrovnik.The área is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants.Only negative point is that to get to The hotel It is necessary to take stairs,even so it's worth staying.

Very warm welcome at the Art Hotel Dubrovnik. I highly recommend a room with a sea view to make the most of your stay. Breakfast on the terrace is a highlight to start the day off right, and you only need to walk down a few steps to enjoy the sun on the beach or explore all the restaurants on the pedestrian street.

Super friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast. But be careful, if you stay for only one night and arrive late (they will give you an option of self check in), they might give you a room with a tiny window looking out to the concrete back yard, giving an impression of sleeping in a souterrain apartment.
