Out stay was fantastic! Hotel staff was attentive, responsive and accommodating. The only things I’d change is maybe adding a shop fir guests to get snacks in between meals. But otherwise, fabulous stay, WONDERFUL location. I will definitely return!
The best stay, will definitely return. We had the most wonderful stay. Beautiful scenery. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us a bottle of complimentary wine and which is so thoughtful of them. The hotel was just outside Dubrovnik and a ferry ride will take you there in 30minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, wide variety and fresh food and drinks. Onsite restaurants were really...
Rooms are very small & in need of updating. Definitely a 3 star hotel. Room was clean though. Safe area. Very nice view of the sea & sunset. Dinner buffet was average, very cafeteria like food. Not worth 28 euros/person. Convenient location to the Dubrovnik airport- thats why we chose it. Only stayed 1 night.
Very helpful staff. Location is perfect. Restaurants and room were perfect. Ideal for both solo and married travelers.
Family trip in September Great hotel about 20 minutes from the airport and another 15 minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town by car. Beds were very comfortable and room had coffee/tea making facilities, mini fridge and hairdryer. Buffet breakfast choices were many and varied but buffet dinner a bit uninspired. Hotel facilities very good with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam rooms, gym and spa treatments...
A clean fairly large hotel with wonderful views of the sea and surroundings. Great location to access a couple of trips by boat and a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. Helpful staff and a good range breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean, fairly basic but fine. Beach access and pool were both easy. Despite all the signs, people still put towels down early in the day. They were at least...

Great staff very clean and fabulous views and outdoor areas . Food was good for breakfast but very basic lunch and dinner. Evening entertainment was good fun
So we arrived at 12 and waited till 3 to get a room, however, when checked in, the phone didn’t work. Phone, remote control, door handles, light switches all really dirty. I walked down to reception and asked for phone to work - we stayed there (room 433) 3 nights… no one came to fix it. The cleaner came up but literally used a dirty cloth to clean the remote, remained filthy… overall if you’re looking...
We were anxious about our visit based on reviews of this hotel - totally unfounded. If you want a full English breakfast, maybe don't go to Croatia! That said, there was a lovely lady frying fresh eggs each morning. There was also cereal, a variety of fresh fruit, freshly made pancakes with various toppings, plenty of fresh bread for toast or sandwiches and cheese, ham etc. Room was lovely and...
The staff were reluctantly friendly. The room was surface clean. There are no full double beds, as told all beds are two singles put together. Bathroom was tiny, deep clean needed really, corners, doors, skirting etc. sofa had stains. Breakfast was good. Good choices, fresh foods. Best thing power shower, balcony view, but no hangers given. Broken drawer, broken hooks to keep doors open on balcony...
Our flight was cancelled and this was a stop gap near the airport.  Functional but v different to the hotels I use.
We absolutely loved our stay here, excellent value, beautiful location, and very helpful staff. The rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable, also breakfast was included.

Ideal location for me (away from town center and crowds, very close to sea). Needs investment in decent coffee machines available to clients for breakfast. And clear rules for how to get sun beds by the see unchained :) Second parking lot is hazardous to use (I saw a woman falling down as she tired to walk there), however, it is good it is available as the primary/proper parking is small for a number...
We went as a couple in early September for one week. The weather was fantastic, averaging at about 28 degrees each day. The hotel was clean, the gardens were pretty but it was very quiet. Paying the extra for the sea view is definitely worth it! We were in room 5. This was a good size, with wooden floors (many had carpets), a huge south-facing veranda and spectacular views over the water to Korcula...
We had the privilege of spending our summer holiday in this hotel with our baby and 4-year-old daughter. The location is perfect, offering privacy and a stunning view of the sea and Korčula. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, especially when our baby had a high fever – something we will never forget. Meanwhile, our older daughter enjoyed every moment with the Aminnes team and their daily...
We have had 4 family vacations in this hotel so far - in 2021, 2023, 2024 and now in 2025. We had an amazing time. The staff's hospitality is beyond words, the rooms are small but comfortable and cleaned every day so hygiene is at high level, the food is delicious and we gain a few pounds with every stay :) The proximity of the beach and natural shade is priceless for us with small children and of...
Hotel is on grate location with green relaxing area and nice beach. Clean poll with salt water. Good food Good children entertainment Very nice stuff .One more time big hello to our guy Bartol. Rooms are clean but they are small and outdated.(ok for 3 star hotel). Overall we had very nice vocation as usual with Aminess hotels.

Visited last week reading the reviews on this hotel here are ours 1. Great room spacious clean fab sea view but we paid for that. 2. Food is great lots of variety for all and hot. 3. Wine on tap white wine is good can't speak about red we don't drink it. 4. Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels 5. Cleaners cleaning everything all day long. 6. We have just come back from a weeks stay at osmine, I have mixed reviews on this and wanted to add some tips as it’s things we wish we knew before going. Firstly the views are breathtaking and the water is crystal clear, the use of kayaks, bikes, pedalos and paddleboard is such a great addition. I really enjoyed the food full of taste and something for everyone couldn’t fault at all, meal times are...
My husband and I have just returned from an 8 night stay at Hotel Osmine and I honestly can say we had the best time. Both my husband and I found this hotel to be a real hidden gem! Whilst the location is in the middle of nowhere that’s exactly what we wanted for our trip away and the views from the hotel are breathtaking. The beds and pillows in the hotel were so comfy and the food was delicious,...
We were quite anxious after booking this hotel with some of the negative comments which I think are over the top. The scenery is amazing. Plenty to do for a week with trips direct from the hotel and a lovely 30min walk into Slano with a few bars and restaurants. Food was lovely and fresh. Unless you enjoy pizza, fries and fish fingers you will be disappointed. Our six year old loved the sea really...
we arrived in Croatia and transfers were about 40 mins to hotel very scenic drive, Hotel is clean big rooms and the bonus is the view stunning, so we relaxed the first 2 days as we knew the hotel was a little secluded but that's what we wanted to unwind, food was ok choice for all and the drinks were good wine was good, we then booked our trips and visited Dubrovnik City that was amazing and only ...
Super stay at Osmine. Room & restaurant lovely. Food amazing & staff good. Only negatives were we felt the 'All Inclusive Booze' was bashed out by staff reluctantly ie) thrown together no care asthough they frowned on it but they might have experienced difficult customers so understable. Think Gin & TONIC was pretty much always Gin & LEMONADE!&in small glass sometimes no ice or lemon! Wines tasted...

A wonderful hotel right by the sea, very pleasant atmosphere, excellent food and very hospitable and pleasant staff. Honest recommendations.
The hotel is very nice, near the beach. IT has a nice Restaurant where the food is good. Sandeep and Ajay from india are really kind.
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lumbarda! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff—everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Rahul, whose kindness and attentiveness went above and beyond.
Everything was amazing. Room was really clean and nice, stuff was great as well. We had a really good time and we will will come back for sure. Every recommendation. Big thanks to Rahul, he was amazing host, he was really nice and did everything to make our experience remarkable.

Room: 2nd floor with sea/city view. Outdated style with modern head board and cool wall paper. Very clean. Fresh looking and smelling linen; I have been to a 4 star hotel in Dubrovnik with slightly vinegar smelling towels when I get ‘clean’ ones so this is a bonus here. Bathroom is properly scrubbed down, no ‘invisible’ water spots left in the shower. I have had water marks and hair left in the bath...
We stayed 2 nights. It was walkable, picturesque and great for the price. The rooms are dated however very comfortable. Great dining options on the Port side. Great craft beer place close by. Breakfast was adequate however, lack lustre. Good option if coming in by bus. Transport options galore.
This is a budget friendly hotel but was very clean and accommodating. The free breakfast was excellent.
Rooms aircon and fridge were not working at all. Food not up to international standards, lots of variety but not great options to choose from. Coffee was not good at breakfast also felt like we were being chased when breakfast ended. Good view from rooms and close to bus stop. That's all the good points I can note.
Good location for marina ferries and buses. had a balcony overlooking the Marina which was great. Clean room, only slight issue was shower was so powerful the head flew up and soaked the bathroom! Apart from that all good!
A satisfactory, basic, budget hotel in an extremely expensive city. At over £110 per night (including breakfast) it’s not cheap but compared to Dubrovnik prices it’s on the low side. The hotel is old fashioned and has a soviet era whiff about it but I had no major complaints. It is located 15 minutes by bus from the old town and has an excellent outlook. Breakfast is quite satisfactory although Wi...

The staff on reception were all very helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. Our room was amazing, we had 2 balconies, one of which was actually a large patio, The room was also very large, and the bed comfy. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. It has a lovely pool and seating area. However, I was very disappointed with my interface with the staff. The young man at the reception desk was unhelpful and frankly, rude. When I tried to check in, he didn't listen to the name I gave and tried to give me someone else's key. When I politely clarified that the name he was calling me (associated with the room...
Nice staff, easy self parking, good location. Room is a bit dated and both our bed duvets had stains.
Hotel Aquarius is perfect for those looking to escape the crowded old town, stay close to the beach, enjoy spending time by the pool, and want to be in a beautiful area of Dubrovnik with lots of greenery, great sunset spots and amazing restaurants (with much better prices compared to the old town). The hotel is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, the room was bright and airy with modern decor. The location was great for visiting Dubrovnik the bus stop was local, staff were very helpful and there are plenty of option to eat nearby.
Nice room - Hotel was well located - (although I did have a room in the front, facing the street, and did hear a little noise at night - it usually was quiet by 11:00pm.) overall enjoyed my stay there, and had a good experience there - front staff/wait people in restaurant were very nice/helpful/welcoming.
Functional hotel, had/provided everything we needed! A bit outdated and our room was extemely small.
The hotel is lovely, in an old fashioned way. The rooms still have keys which can be a bit fiddley to work. The rooms were very clean, a good size, the hotel was quiet. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the cost but enough there to fill you up. Close to lots of restaurants, Sunset beach and a nice walking trail. Old town is a short bus ride away.
Centrally located. Great balcony with a wonderful view. Friendly staff. Only issue I had was I was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd floor. As a female solo traveler I had trouble carrying my luggage up the flight of stairs.
I recently stayed at Hotel Perla for two nights after my United flight was canceled in Dubrovnik. I booked the hotel online, and nowhere did it mention that cabs cannot come directly to the hotel — you have to walk a bit since the road is closed for vehicles — or that the rooms required climbing a flight of stairs after taking the elevator. This is a great base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. The Villa is a house built on four levels. We moved to Villa Panorama after spending 4 nights in hectic Dubrovnik. Plat is a great location if you wish to experience the local life of Croatia. Within walking distance you have more than 5 beautiful beaches to choose from. The sea is crystal clear. Our room was fitted out tastefully, it had wifi and satellite TV, and a balcony with views of the sea. The sunset was spectacular from our balcony...
My friend and I had a great time. Paula was very kind and always available to help us. The room was very clean and the sea view was spectacular!! They have their own parking lot on the street, but unfortunately there are only four spots. Dubrovnik city center is 20 minutes away from the apartment. If you want to relax with an incredible view, I recommend this place.
I first booked a room for 6 days, but then I saw there was also an appartment available, so Paule (the owner) changed it for me, for almost the same price! I am so happy and grateful about that. The appartment is amazing and super clean. She cleans it every day! This I did not know, which made me even happier. It had all I needed, also a Moka coffeemaker. You can also rent a beach towel for 5 euro...

This property is ideally located close to the airport, so is great for overnight stays for connecting flights.
close to airport. staff could be more friendly. limited dining options nearby.
No elevator, no in room coffee, otherwise good Lot af stairs and no elevator, no in room coffee but otherwise good location and good breakfast.
Nice hotel close to the airport. Amazingly quiet despite air traffic. Large updated room was very comfortable. Swimming pool in the mountains so nice! Good breakfast. Towels could be improved - not so soft. There are a lot of stone stairs and no elevator. We enjoyed the pizza/pasta restaurant across the street.
Very convenient little place by the airport. Booked here last minute when our flight was cancelled. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was accommodating. Pool was really nice with a great view of the mountains and planes taking off.

Wonderful dual beach here - from both sides - both sides of the peninsula. Parking, shower and a cabin to chage clothes. Two restaurants, boat or jet ski rental. They got it all here.

Warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable. Great wifi. About 15 minute walk from the the Old Town. We liked being able to get away from the masses of people inside the walls. Very peaceful location. Villa Katarina is (like a lot of places in Dubrovnik) on a pedestrian only walkway with stairs. Close to several mini-markets that carry the essentials.
Our hostess, Katarina herself, made us feel very welcomed in her home. The individual apartment rooms were clean and satisfactory for our needs. A lovely terrace in the sun to have happy hour and Katarina graciously gifted us some local wine, beer and oranges right off her trees in the yard. Beautiful garden. We had an easy walk down to Old Town.
Very sweet and friendly host. Comfortable accommodation with nice view from the window. The only issue is that this place is listed as Villa KatErina on Google. Villa KatArina is at a different location about 5 km away. I went there first and had to pay extra for my taxi. I did inform the owner of this.
Beautiful location with a clean room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Had a great time at Villa Katarina. Easy and convenient check in and a great centrally located property.
Area felt very safe and secure, nice patio, renovated interior. Owners were very nice and welcoming! Only thing was that the shower was a bit small and water would get everywhere on the floor.

Great views from rooms' balcony, hotel's location is perfecto just 10 min walking to main bus lines to Dubrovnik. The área is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants.Only negative point is that to get to The hotel It is necessary to take stairs, even so it's worth staying.
Very warm welcome at the Art Hotel Dubrovnik. I highly recommend a room with a sea view to make the most of your stay. Our recent stay in this very, very friendly hotel was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Igor is an excellent cook and an interesting raconteur.
Overall average rating and a bit disappointed Lots of reviews said staff very friendly however I didn’t feel the same . I suspect reviewers were taking about different staff. We only stopped here for an afternoon drink before returning to our boat back to Dubrovnik. However the staff were very attentive and service was very good.
Ljubo Glavović , thank you for your hospitality and for the room at the top of the hotel which offered the best sea view , the breakfast was delicious. 🛵🛵 Top tier , I will be visiting again with my future wife 💯

Clean room, Niña was so helpful, breakfast was great… good coffee! Walkable to market. Close to bus to old town
Nina was very attentive good host really looked after us . Prepared us a breakfast as we were leaving 3.30 am to fly back home . It was ok to stay for one night . You have to go through the restaurant with bags while people are dining . The food at the restaurant was great . We didn’t sleep well due to people talking until 1.00 am next door . Also the road noise outside . The old deco and restaurant...
The room was cheap and was easy walking distance to the TP Line Ferry. The breakfast was very good for the price. The room was a bit smelly and the 2 single beds we selected on ******* was a double (mistake at the property).
Nice little stay. Lovely little place and room. Small window but a great view. Perfect location to reach local shops, ferries, boat rides, and the bus station. Nina was very nice and hospitable. Good if you only need to sleep in the room which worked well for us for only one night.
The location was great, and the ferry terminal was close by, which was great. It wasn't too bad to walk to Dubrovnik, so it was really nice. I highly recommend it.
The bus stop is also close, which is great!

I stayed here with my 4 children and it was excellent in every way! Anka was a wonderful host - we were greeted with Croatian cake and liqueur and my children were invited to pick oranges from the trees in the garden. Comfy beds & it was very handy having proper beds for all 5 of us. Washing machine in one of the bathrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen. Children loved them cat and other animals...
Anka was amazing. She was welcoming and kind. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
Excellent location, lovely place to stay just outside Dubrovnik but very close with great transport link. Lovely apartment and host.
Lovely property. Very clean and with great amenities. Friendly and communicative host.
The apartment was perfect. Anka was a great host, she was super friendly and helpful. The apartment is a great location in a fabulous town! We will definitely be back and would recommend to groups or families!@

A very friendly family run this who welcome you at checkin. it does have some crazy parking available on the road and entrance. But after that they manage moving your car if you have one. I also saw a motorbike protected in the court yard. A great 2 bedroom apt, one clean bathroom and daily upkeep… replace coffee, towels and a clean (excellent). no cooking facilities but a kettle, fridge and wine glasses...
Very convenient place to stay. Room was comfortable. It's a family home and owners are relaxed and helpful. ******* listed laundry facilities on site however that wasn't the case. We used the nicest public laundry just a short walk from Villa Dard. We didn't need our car so it was parked onsite for 3 days.
Located outside Old Town only 15 minute walk but uphill. Wonderful attentive host. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Nice to be outside the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik but it is a bit of a hike up if you’re not able bodied.
Read the fine print when you book as it says one has to give advance notice if want to use free parking. They still accommodated us. The pictures have since changed to show the correct inside as when we booked and what we got, was different. Also be aware there are no elevators. We had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. Lastly, lot of kids running around late at night and early in the morning. Maybe...
Property owners/managers were very helpful with suggestions and were flexible. Property has parking on site if requested and that’s critical in the busy area. 10 min walk from old town though it’s a bit steep so those with mobility limitations may find it challenging. We didn’t
We have just come home after a fabulous holiday in Dubrovnik at Villa Dard. Andrea was such a great host, going the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. Would also recommend having the breakfast, a good start to the day. Villa Dard is a small family run hotel, close to the old city. We felt at home immediatley and stayed in one of the flats on the 3rd floor. The flat had a balcony where...
