Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The service was very lackluster and unmotivated. At breakfast, you almost felt like you had to apologize if you needed cutlery from the staff. All in all, this hotel does not justify the prices charged. The worst 4-star hotel I've ever stayed in this price category. The location is okay, 10 minutes from the beach, but there's a fee of €25 per day for two...

On our first night, the room suddenly lost power in the middle of the night, leaving us completely dark. After contacting them, they said there was a problem with the power card. The next day, we suddenly realized our door wasn't properly locked. At first, we thought it was just carelessness, but two days of strange behavior made us doubt it... On our second night, we returned to the hotel after sightseeing...

The room was small, but it was considered a good value hotel for the area. The view from the room was great, and the breakfast restaurant was also quite large.

Pleasantly surprised. Location is outstanding. It is a bit of a walk to the ferry terminal if you're headed over to Korcula but enjoyable as long as you're not in a hurry. Service was great and meals -＞ surpisingly good! Service was excellent.

Fabulous hotel with use of sister hotel next door. Lots of amenities, wonderful pool areas, a good selection of restaurants and shops on site on tte square. Super comfy beds. Avoid the annex It’s an average hotel if you are able to stay in the main building, but avoid the annex at all costs. Halls and rooms of the annex smell like cigarette and they try to mask it with an air freshener that only makes it all worse. That being said, a few design/comfort flaws with the main hotel as well. The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” and then back to their phones or laptop. Really great area to bade yourself for a stay in Dubrovnik. Babin Kuk is mainly made up of resort hotels, including the Valamar group which meant you could use the loungers on the beach at the nearby President hotel. Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

Location is excellent, except some of the views are blocked by the front buildings. Food offered is less attractive.

The hotels in this city are not cost-effective, but the location and facilities of this hotel are justified. There is a band playing by the pool at night, and it is crowded during the day. The service attitude of the front desk still has the flavor of yogoslave, which is integrated into the capitalist European countries but also has the arrogance of a state-owned guesthouse.

The hotel's hygiene and environment are very good. The hotel is located in the Lapad district, suitable for tourists who like quietness. There is everything nearby, including restaurants, supermarkets, public beaches, local tour meeting points, and bus line 6 goes directly to the old town.

Dubrovnik does not have a lot of hotels compared to the vast amounts of tourists that come here (mostly there are apartments or mini hotels). The bigger ones that are, are pricey to say the least (especially when booked last minute). Hotel lapad is fine. When I was here it was full with pensionados on package tours. Quite busy everywhere, but if you can avoid the crowded spaces you're fine.

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic time staying at Hotel Bozica. The accommodation was clean, great facilities and the staff were all excellent. From the cleaners, to the bar tender, to the waiters/waitress, kitchen staff and receptionist. All were so helpful, spoke excellent English and couldn’t do enough for us. What a setting! This is a delightful hotel with just 30 bedrooms. This is an island opposite an island in a clear sea! Fabulous. Booked directly with the hotel and used the suggested transfer from the airport. Very happy we did as it was super special to arrive by speedboat! A note for sailors. The hotel's service is excellent for moored boats. Special thanks to the owner for the two hours of hard underwater work on the stuck propeller. For mooring, 24-hour access to the restroom with showers, a swimming pool, water, and electricity on the quay, we paid a reasonable price for an excellent dinner.

Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.

Pack light, you’ve got 4 flights of stairs but it’s worth it and they will send someone to handle your luggage if needed. The room was really great, and the location ideal.

It was a lovely space right in the heart of old town close to lots of shopping and restaurants.
