Fantastic views! Immaculate apartment and welcoming host. Free parking. Good wifi and a two minute walk to private pebble beach( as most are in Croatia). Absolute silence at night which was beautiful. Easy drive to Dubrovnik, Montenegro and Bosnia. Would definitely stay again if In area as great value for money rather than rip off Dubrovnik prices.

This is the greatest option for lodging in this area. The host family is extremely kind, accommodating, and warm. I selected the apartment with the washing machine and full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked really well. This is a lovely guest house with four rooms, a warm swimming pool, with a great location, 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town, 10 minutes from the Port and bus station and nearby Lapad. The owner (lady) is friendly and pleasant. The room was more than adequate but did not have a television and the WiFi was okay. The only complaint I have is the 75 meter walk up a hill to access the property. But is convenient to public transportation and restaurants and bars. For the value for my money it was well worth it.

A small quiet guest house about 20 minutes walk from old town. Only stayed one night but was perfectly good, clean and quiet - I would happily stay again. Only watch out is that the entrance is up 50+ steep steps from the road. Fine by me but with luggage etc be aware of it. The herb garden and outdoor furniture looked lovely!

Really nice location and very clean and spacious rooms. Rooms come with air-conditioning to survive the summer heat and they have a little kitchenette area for basic cooking. Far walk (25-30 minute) to the old Town but I still think the quality of the place is worth the price.

Verte confortable and cozy apartament near the Old city of Dubrovnik, only 15 minutes walking. The room has everything you need, even a little kitchen where you can have breakfast.

If you take Uber, it is very easy to move to old town but If you would like to move by foot, It is not necessary to go to gym. The balcony view was one of my best view to see sunset and the beautiful scenery of Dubrovnik. I would like to stay again definitely when I visit Dubrovnik later.

So as long as you're ok with a few (ok maybe more than a few!) steps...you will have THE best view of Dubrovnik Old Town, lovely accommodation, amazing host, very informative, staying here means you get the amazing views and are just a few minutes walk from the incredible old town, & if the steps concern you, it's €9 from the bottom to the apartment, we definitely did this a few times! We loved our stay at Guesthouse Home Sweet Home with an amazing host Zrinka. It has a bit of steps to get up to but it was well worth it with amazing views of Old Town and Lokrum Island at your door step. Amenities were good enough for us on a short trip and a small kitchenette was handy too. Thanks to Katarina too for helping with any queries we had along the way

Really great place everything is close by 2 grocery stores, beach , bus stops pretty much everything u need. The owner Nikola is super nice gave us ice cream and free shots. The place itself is nice feels like you’re staying at your grandparents house.Would definitely recommend staying here👍

A good stay at a fair price for high season in Dubrovnik. Stopped for 1 night July 2023. The property is relatively easy to reach from the bus station. It looks quite a distance on the map but it really isn't too far, as the bus stops just down the road. The walk up to the property is via quite a steep hill or some steps but it's easy if you're fit. The property has a small supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and not much further you get the no6 bus into the centre. It's about half hour walk to bus station,? The location was close to transportation to old town Dubrovnik and the view was fantastic. Nicola welcomed me with a shot of rakija and tried to accommodate in every way. They kept my bags until 9 PM!

We were absolutely delighted with our hosts. They were VERY helpful and extremely friendly. Their place is in a great location, very close to Sunset beach and a ton of restaurants. The host were very welcoming and showed us everything for our stay. The Air-conditioner was noisy which made it hard to sleep.

I came here with my four-year-old daughter and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious with a large terrace. The terrace had an unbeatable view. The place is perfectly located in the heart of Mlini, just a stone’s throw from the beaches, restaurants, and ferry.

The views from our sea view balcony were stunning and the property was under a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to the old town and just outside was the boat taxi. This is the best guesthouse in Dubrovnik, not too far from the old town. It has easy access to the old town by bus, taxi, or walk if you prefer. Also, you get great harbour views, which are stunning. The host is very friendly,helpful, and professional. On arrival, the host drove me around the city and told me all the tourist attractions and foods to try. We stayed on the street level in a small room. There was a small area below to sit outside and eat if you had your own food. The location of the property was not easily accessible to local transportation, so we had to use Uber most of the time. The people were there to check us in when we arrived, but we couldn't find them otherwise until we left.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but all is clean and good price for money in Dubrovnik. 25min to the beach and same to the city center. We walk a lot, so it was good for us. Keep in mind it is on the hill. But the view from the balcony is very nice. Recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Guesthouse Victoria. The hosts are fabulous and the room was clean and tidy. It is up a hill so if carrying suitcases be warned. The only downside is the bathroom is not connected to the room. It is right next door and private (and also incredibly modern and clean) so it wasn’t to much of an issue. Very lovely guesthouse. It is great for the cost. Anna is lively as well. It is about a 25 min walk into old town. Or you can take the number 8 bus to and from the guest house. The bus stop is right down the stairs. There is a grocery store down the street, and an atm. For the first time visiting Dubrovnik, this place was a great choice.

A little way out of town and up a hill, which is not ideal for someone as lazy as me. Bathroom was off the corridor (but just for us), but I would prefer en-suite. We spent our holiday in Guest House Steel, it's located in a quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The street is narrow so parking is a bit difficult. The rooms are clean and comfortable! There are only minor problems: the couch cannot be pulled out and the toilet seat is a little crooked. You should ask for a broom and a mop if you need them. All in all, we had an amazing time there!

Excellent stay , very close to a small beach and 15 minutes walkable distance to old town. Best part is waking up to the sunrise in bedroom and panoramic sea view. Loved it

The room was nice and clean, and there was a large terrace with a great view of the town. Minor complaint: The light in the bathroom was turned on by a sensor and turned off automatically after only a few minutes, meaning that we had to take showers in the dark or step out to wave at the sensor now and then. Quite inconvenient. Major complaint: As others have mentioned here, payment is cash only....

Its a good spot to explore the city with a good walking distance. However, you get what you pay for. The room is quite small and old. The most anoying is the really loud wind that blows every night in the area and blows through the windows. The bed is also not so comfotable. The owner is kind. It is not to spent time there, just as a place for sleeping.

Great location with everything needed for an extended stay. Clean and tidy. One thing I'd would've liked were the instructions on how to utilise the drying component of the washer/dryer.

Guest House Cesic was clean, quiet and had a terrific view. Do not have your driver drop you off at stairs. Have him go to the street above the stairs. Much easier. Deka the house manager was terrific. She accommodated all of us with a smile. It was walking distance to bus stop to old town. So overall we had a great time here.

Average. Room was clean. Bathroom was not. Lots of mould in the shower and dirty shower and bathroom in general. Pretty noisy with other guests getting back at like 2am which woke us up.

We stayed at Guest House Kono in May, 2025. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of steps, all downhill on the way to Old Town. Guest House Kono was a great location for a quick visit to Dubrovnik. We walked to and from the old town without an issue. The view is fantastic and the balcony was the perfect spot for enjoying the morning and evening after a day around Dubrovnik. The parking is a bit tight for a full size car, but it is doable.
