Nice stay, friendly owner but keep two things in mind. Read the review to know more.
1. Have cash with you when you come to hotel as this place accepts only cash.
2. If you're coming by bus like Flix bus, ask the driver to stop at the stop 'Mukinje'. There is stops for buses at this stop and this is the nearest bus stop(80m) to the hotel location. If you get down at entrance 2 of Plitvicka, you have to walk 2kms back to the hotel. So keep this in mind while coming by bus.
Review: Stay at this place is so comfortable and cozy.
The owner lady is so helpful, friendly and cheerful. The location is near to Plitvicka park entrance 2. If you walk, then it's 2kms to that entrance. There is one super market and restaurant nearby (1kms, 500m respectively).
I booked a single bed room and it was nice, tidy and clean. The room has attached bathroom. Also they provide bath towel, soap as extra. The bed was cozy and nice to sleep.
There is a nice garden outside the apartment which is so well maintained. It's a nice place to enjoy coffee.
Overall I would recommend to stay at this place as it's a bang for buck for the price the stay it offers
Things that could be improved:
-1.If it's summer weather with no wind, then it could be tricky to sleep inside as there is no fan or air conditioning in the room. I was quite worried at first, but then the weather was cloudy and windy so didn't face any difficulty while sleeping. Having a table fan would be quite handy at times. I hope the owner would keep one as a backup.
2. No microwave oven is a bit downside for people like me who like to buy food from market, warm it and eat it. It would be a welcome addition in future.

Very nice cottage style house stay in plitvice mountains, in the heart of the forest. Very hospitable hosts, good location and clean rooms. Price is also reasonable

Clean place but except a bed and shower it doesn't offer you anything else. You can'teven make yourself a coffee, to get something to eat or drink you have to walk at least 10 minutes to the closest coffee bar.
The kettle in our room was dirty, probably the previous guest had heated milk in it.
A microwave in the main hall and a coffee machine would add a lot of confort to the stay.

We stayed there in June. It was nice stay. Apartment having a garden area full of big rose plants.Owner lady was very helpful, she guided us for the short route to reach to Plitvice National Park. As it was so rainy for whole week she herself said us that her father will drop us to Plitvice National Park in their car. Her father wasn't knowing English but she made him understood in German(Dutch) already so as decided he was ready sharp @7:30am & drop us to Plitvice National Park in their car. 👌👍

The host is extremly friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips about the National Park and the village Mukinje, where to eat where is the grocery ect. The apartman is beautiful the room is clear and well equipped and have a peaceful home feeling. (We love the playful little black kitty at the house :) )
