Really calm and cosy place, only 8-10 minutes walk from the center ans beaches as well with free parking. Perfect for a nice getaway

Beautiful and clean villa. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Apartment 2+2 has everything for a family with children. Nice terrace and balcony in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette contains everything you need. Peace and quiet. Parking in the yard. Very nice hosts. The way to the beach is not tiring and takes about 10 minutes with children. I recommend the accommodation. About 20 minutes walk from the waterfront. Tucepi is the right place for a vacation with children.

Distance to the beach: approx. 6 min walk
Price: justifies the investment/gain
Advantages:
- the apartment has a website, which gave me confidence in my choice
- after paying the deposit, I received a confirmation by email
- the apartment is not completely new, but it has everything necessary for less demanding guests (let me remind you, we were in a studio app)
- the bed and mattress are excellent
- when I shower, I don't have to worry about having to wipe half of the bathroom afterwards
- the hosts are ok, you get everything, there is no harassment, etc., but we didn't ask for anything in particular
Disadvantages (although they are not disadvantages, but rather the section could be better) :)
- it is inconvenient that the air conditioner is right above the bed, so sometimes it blows on you, but since it is a smaller space, it is not a big disadvantage
- if there were a few more pots/bowles in the kitchen + a ladle for soup, it wouldn't be worse
- smaller, older TV
- the studio app does not have direct access to the balcony (you come through the hallway) but you get used to it It's not that big of a problem, but it would be great if there was an umbrella up there because it's too hot to spend the afternoon there, but drying laundry, drinking morning coffee, etc. = a plus.

Pleasant accommodation, very kind and helpful hosts, beautiful view.
If there is a paradise on earth then it is definitely there, accommodation + location + beach = paradise on earth
