The best of the best would be to have an small indoor playground near the restaurant so that parents could take time to eat quietly while kids are playing.

I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle. What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. My favourite hotel once I'd worked how to minimise dangerous steps. Lovely pool, pool staff & new Manageress Ivana (to whom I sent an email) Housekeeping a bit haphazard ... Sorry they lost the Bank supporting their non-functioning ATM. It recognised me but failed to deliver the €150 requested, so tipping was limited.

Good value for money, relatively pleasant rooms, accommodating service, food - surprisingly - good with varied menus, nice beaches, not overcrowded. The only minus is lack of activities for people who prefer active holidays. We will likely return for a shorter holiday.

Good vacation for a lot of money.. but french guests are more prefer as Slovak Czech Polish ppl.. better all inclusive not same food in bufet.. we paid same money but this is not correct from this hotel.. i was in Croatia 40 Times and this is nonsens

Last visited 94- it’s been done up since then. A bit out in the sticks. Get uber from trogir about 6 e, cab from rank about 25!!! 1 hour walk- flat. Rooms on small side. Showers really good. Views lovely from upper floor rooms- I was on 6th. No gym. Pizza joint onsite closed. Nearest beach bar closed. Perhaps a seasonal thing. Staff- professional- first class. Breakfast ok- loads of choice- hot stuff...

Good location, nice lunch experience.

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

We spent a family holiday in this hotel for the second time. Despite a little bit small rooms everything was acceptable except one thing. Ignorant guests (not every guest of course). The worst thing which is hotel management responsible is that every public rest spot in the hotel is a smoking area with ashtrays everywhere. Guests are smoking even during moderated mini disco for kids - this is unacceptable...

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. A difficult one really. Hotel was lovely and clean but for a 4* would have expected a little more. On arrival no complimentary drink which we have got at every other 4* in Croatia. This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. The outdoor pool was so clean and wonderful! So refreshing and perfect in the sun to sit on the sun bed and tan all day! Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. The staff did try and offer an alternative but unless you pay for an additional room the rooms are similar in size. Enjoyed our stay here and would staff again.

This resort looks like it has been built in Tito's era and didn't change since then. With exception of adding WiFi, some rooms have AC and flat screen TVs. There's good access to sea, but if your building is father from see, you may need to go very zig-zag to get to see. Some buildings are not accessible via all entrances. Good breakfast.
