We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle. Everything was great. Employees are really nice and helpful. Rooms are big, cleaned daily. There is variety od food at every meal. They even have themed diners (world cousines). Unlimited drinks of all kinds. Snacks during the day could be much better. Should put back burgers, fries, pizzas. And have more ice cream flavours. Add a litte bit more animation/entertainment.

Beautiful Beach front Resort, all surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, 10 minutes walk from the city center and 2 minutes walk from one of top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, Zlatni rat.

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink. The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

Best hotel in Bol, I have been coming here for decades almost every summer. Its ideally located near the Zlatni rat beach on a beautiful walk way near the town. Has a nice outdoor pool, the food at breakfast and dinner is great. I recommend to everyone, especially families with kids - great mini club for them to enjoy

Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. The staff did try and offer an alternative but unless you pay for an additional room the rooms are similar in size. Enjoyed our stay here and would staff again.

This hotel itself is very nice but the location is also the star. It sits on an incredible seaside walkway that has incredible beaches and views.
