The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. In general, the hotel is very "tired", something was obviously broken, barely alive faucets. In general, it does not pull on 5 stars. But! Breakfast on January 01...

Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.

The service was excellent, especially the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming. During check-in, they even asked if guests could make it to breakfast on their check-out day. Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom. We really recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

The staffs are welcoming. They helped me with car parking and luggage. The breakfast is fair, with various choices. The only downside is the price drop of the room we booked. There is a price drop of over 40 euros on the day of arrival. So it is better to use We Price Match to claim the differences.

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. I was worried that the ancient city would be too noisy, but I regretted it. Some hotels in the ancient city may be better.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. What a beautiful hotel, the room was extremely comfortable, the pools were amazing, spotlessly clean and really comfortable loungers. Very well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. It has a unique charm about it and reminds of what a hotel should be, not full of bling but nice. When you first arrive you get a feeling of relaxation right from the moment you walk through the door.

Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around.

Free upgrade !! Apartment was clean and we received a free upgrade on arrival from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. Internet was good but didn’t work at the pool. Breakfast included was amazing. Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up.
