We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. My favourite hotel once I'd worked how to minimise dangerous steps. Lovely pool, pool staff & new Manageress Ivana (to whom I sent an email) Housekeeping a bit haphazard ... Sorry they lost the Bank supporting their non-functioning ATM. It recognised me but failed to deliver the €150 requested, so tipping was limited.

Good value for money, relatively pleasant rooms, accommodating service, food - surprisingly - good with varied menus, nice beaches, not overcrowded. The only minus is lack of activities for people who prefer active holidays. We will likely return for a shorter holiday.

We spent a family holiday in this hotel for the second time. Despite a little bit small rooms everything was acceptable except one thing. Ignorant guests (not every guest of course). This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. The outdoor pool was so clean and wonderful! So refreshing and perfect in the sun to sit on the sun bed and tan all day! Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. Quick stop over in between towns. Staff could not have been ftiendlier. Room was amazing. We had an apartment facing the ocean. Carparking was available and free. The hotel also has an on site restaurant. The service and food there was also great. I wish we had more time to stay there longer.

We had a wonderful ocean view room. There is a swimming area right at the hotel and a pool. Beautiful sunsets and walkable promenade with a lot restaurants. Great breakfast buffet.

Hotel is right by the beach, and if you get a room up higher you get a great view of the sea. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant in the hotel, Freja, was fantastic, a must try, both for the included breakfast and for supper. The area is also quite walkable and there are lots of other restaurants and little shops along the boardwalk. A really nice hotel overall, definitely recommend...

Nice, but…. Excellent hotel but no sheets or pillows for hide-a-bed. When I called to request them at 10:30, no answer at front desk.

Good breakfast, the kids portion for dinner is very small compare to the price, comfortable beds. The hotel does not have kids club or mini disco and adult entertainment although it’s four star . The next hotel to Tamaris has all these and called Blue Season. The restaurant manager is very unfriendly . Also there is this ridiculous rule that you need to book the beech sun beds every day at 7am and...

Hotel Maestral has a great location with a nice, calm vibe. It’s not too busy, making it perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Close to everything in the area, it’s an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy peaceful days by the beach or pool. Highly recommended!
