Beautiful Beach front Resort, all surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, 10 minutes walk from the city center and 2 minutes walk from one of top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, Zlatni rat.

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, and there was a member of staff waiting for us just outside to show us where to park and where to check in. Everything was great. Employees are really nice and helpful. Rooms are big, cleaned daily. There is variety od food at every meal. They even have themed diners (world cousines). Unlimited drinks of all kinds. Snacks during the day could be much better. Should put back burgers, fries, pizzas. And have more ice cream flavours. Add a litte bit more animation/entertainment.

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

The staffs are welcoming. They helped me with car parking and luggage. The breakfast is fair, with various choices. The only downside is the price drop of the room we booked. There is a price drop of over 40 euros on the day of arrival. So it is better to use We Price Match to claim the differences.

Best hotel in Bol, I have been coming here for decades almost every summer. Its ideally located near the Zlatni rat beach on a beautiful walk way near the town. The dinner buffe was so bad. Not much whole food, most junk food and not very tasty, no seasoning at the fried fish for example, it tasted absolutely nothing. One of the worst buffes I have ever had. Really disappointed and I expected so much morr considering the price.

The outdoor pool was so clean and wonderful! So refreshing and perfect in the sun to sit on the sun bed and tan all day! Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. The staff did try and offer an alternative but unless you pay for an additional room the rooms are similar in size. Enjoyed our stay here and would staff again.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the old town. The cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff is without a single complaint. The child especially enjoyed the pool, considering our visit in January.

This hotel itself is very nice but the location is also the star. It sits on an incredible seaside walkway that has incredible beaches and views.
