What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

We spent a family holiday in this hotel for the second time. Despite a little bit small rooms everything was acceptable except one thing. Ignorant guests (not every guest of course). The worst thing which is hotel management responsible is that every public rest spot in the hotel is a smoking area with ashtrays everywhere. The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere. The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. The outdoor pool was so clean and wonderful! So refreshing and perfect in the sun to sit on the sun bed and tan all day! Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. The staff did try and offer an alternative but unless you pay for an additional room the rooms are similar in size. Enjoyed our stay here and would staff again.

Hotel Horizont has a very good location, only about 100 meters from the finest pebble beach in Baska Voda. There is a relatively large pool area but also an indoor pool in the quite nice SPA department. Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.
