Invincible hotel, invincible sea view, the room is also very large, the beach is rocky, but the water is very good. The only drawback is that there is nothing to eat near the hotel. It is quite remote, but it is also convenient to take a taxi. I will come again next time!

I hesitated for a long time seeing the different comments, honestly I was very, very happy. Already the city of Pula is very nice and the infrastructure offered by the hotel was really great. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the surrounding environment and the hotel's swimming pool. Others are so-so, the room facilities are a bit outdated, the apartment type is also very strange, and there are generally ants in the hygiene. The hotel arranged us in the annex building, which can only be reached by walking out of the main building lobby and taking the stairs (we had several heavy luggages, so it was very troublesome to go up and down). This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The scenery is unbeatable. I can stay a few more days. I want to come again. There are many trees and the sea view is beautiful. The breakfast is very good and rich. It is a resort hotel and you can drive here.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. However, it’s a shame that there are no à la carte dishes and snacks to eat… only a buffet at €32 per person without drinks! The view is beautiful.

A hotel with a super good location and full sea view. The rooms are large and clean, with plenty of hot water. The hotel has its own beach and seaside green space. The price of the hotel restaurant is moderate. You can watch the sunset while eating Mediterranean-style meals, and the tips of red wine will make you fall asleep.

We have just come back from here today. Whilst this resort is by no means the lap of luxury but for what you pay it is fabulous. The apartments are huge and immaculately clean and the pool area is stunning with the views out to sea. Yes the apartments from the outside look very tired and could do with a freshen up but please don't be put off.

The hotel is not actually a resort as the name suggests. However, the apartment is quite clean and the view to the sea is splendid. You have plenty of beaches at walking distance and a big swimming pool to chill. Some cons: during the night, the illumination is very weak and it gets dangerous for children or elders. Also the supply of soap, toilette paper and towel exchange is limited. But of course...

Hotel is old, but it has a kitchen, allows dogs, sea pool, and leads right down to the ocean.

This resort has everything, bars, restaurant with outdoor sitting, a supermarket.. pools and the staff is kind. We had an appartment and it was perfectly clean and spacious.

A sea view balcony is something so fantastic when staying in Resort Del Mar.. Going out from the resort you will find yourself very close to all kinds of nature : beach, sea and jungle!

We've just returned from here and I must say it was awesome with two 9 year old kids. The resort has all the amenities you might want and is quite close by to a lot of cool places. It has a large pool, restaurant, shops, gym, game room and whatnot. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was a bit small for us, but the price around the end of June bit everything. Definitely a return destination.

Reasonable accommodation, good restaurants and lovely sea front, bathroom flooded every time it was used even though stayed in the new annexe.

Best location for families who love the wild outdoors - natural beaches and nature parks - yet return to sleep in the comforts of an apartment cum hotel.

Although the hotel is dated, both the rooms and public areas are well kept. The room was large and functional, the breakfast was excellent, as was the dinner included in the price. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff from the first contact and excellent prices. Highly recommended

We arrived late in the day to 24 hr check in. Free parking in the lot, which had space for our vehicle. Rooms were average and had the amenities most people use. Shower head positioned sideways so hard to change angle for tall people. Bed had wooden bar in between mattresses (and had cookie crumbs from other guests). Small patio with view of volleyball court. Quiet hotel.

Beautiful and quiet campsite, which has a beautiful beach on the gulf, the beach is made of white pebbles and on the side there is a beautiful cliff, also excellent for snorkeling and relaxation! The campsite is very quiet and super clean, bathrooms are super private and secluded, everything very relaxing! I recommend it! (I stayed in the camper pitch)! Prices are a bit high though

The reception staff was rather unfriendly. The rest of the hotel staff was friendly. Parking is not always available at the hotel (depending on the time of day and travel time).

For the price it’s quite ok. This hotel I find it’s suits for family not romantic couple. But if you are a couple and want to get what you pay this is also a good option. It’s loud during the day because many group of families, but somehow fun. First of all, the 2 ladies at reception are the most helpful and friendly people you are likely to meet. It was a pleasant stay generally. It is quite convenient to go to Pula by the public bus. However, I expect more facilities at the resort.

The service staff are very nice and the environment is first-class. However, there is no carpet in the room. The worst thing is that the breakfast is too little. We enjoyed our recent stay at Ribarska Koliba Resort. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly - and we were upgraded to a room with a terrace, without being asked. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure (which we always appreciate). Unlike some other people have mentioned, there was coffee and tea in the room and a safe with a combination lock...

We really enjoyed the hotel! We had a lovely balcony and view over the bay. The rooms are really large, even by American standards :) AC in room, comfy bed and good pillows. Great service and surprisingly good food. Only thing that wasn’t great were the towels (kinda rough) and bathroom setup (hard to shower without water going everywhere and no bathroom counter space).

We had a great stay here! The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable and a delicious breakfast was included (starting at 8am). Only a few km to downtown Pula, easily accessible by walking or a short taxi. The staff were lovely and so helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Wow. Very elegant hotel with the sea view. Just step by the beach. With big parking area and free wifi. Always clean and shiny. Very polite people working there. One of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Free breakfast by your choice. Every kind of seafood, pasta, salads, soups, desserts, grilled meat, cold appetizers. Just twenty five minutes away from Pula in the very nice old town of Fazana. This old town house has been decorated and restored by Gordon, the owner, in a delightful way. On our third visit to Villa Vera, we felt like we were coming home. We just feel good here. Starting with the warm hospitality of Marijan and his staff, the excellent food, the lovingly furnished rooms and the beautiful inner courtyard. The highlight of the morning is certainly breakfast. Every day there is a homemade surprise for the rich selection. But special requests are also gladly fulfilled....

Brand new, clean structure a few steps from the sea. Friendly and helpful host, but speaks only German and little English. The only drawback, having specified that I was vegan, I did not find the vegetable milk I had requested.

We were looking for a place to stay and ended up at Villa Vera. It was one of the best things that happened to us in Croatia. Great breakfast and Maria came up with something new every day. A wonderful stay in Fazana.

We really liked it! The host is very, very nice and accommodating! He used to be a chef and he prepares a lot of things himself at breakfast and there was also a large selection of vegetarian options. The entire property was well maintained and very clean. The guest garden is also very comfortable. It is only a few hundred meters to the sea and the location is very quiet.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms had plenty of space, good shower. Desk to work at. Long walk to center but not far from scooter rental, which makes everything close. Wifi a little slow for working but sufficient for internet. Very friendly staff.

Excellent value for money. Location is perfect; in the town center while 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and boats which take you to the stunning Brijuni islands. Danijel from the front desk saved my day when I walked in at 8 am due to insomnia caused by mosquitoes at my property nearby. He immediately gave me a cute room for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to wait for a check-in time...

This was our first visit to Fazana and it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel was really lovely - full of charm, perfect location next to the clock tower in the centre. We loved hearing the chimes which started at 8.00 am and finished at 10pm. There was a wedding taking place when we arrived which was so joyful to watch. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive - lovely breakfast that we enjoyed...

What a little gem ! Such a cute boutique hotel in a wonderful place.... room was lovely, breakfast always fresh and great coffee! Staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs, would highly recommend to anyone. We were there for a week and saw so much in the area, hire bikes for a bargain €12 far a day ! A huge disappointment The pictures do not depict the actual hotel. The pictures look much nicer. We made reservations many months prior for two rooms with king beds, their description. My sister's room was great with a wonderful queen or king size comfortable bed and a bathroom that was huge. Central hotel, a little dated but equipped with everything you need

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and very friendly. Packed us a breakfast for our early morning ferry. Only big issue was how hot our room was. Couldn’t get AC to cool and our third floor room had no windows, just a skylight.

Small hotel in the center of the city. Parking place is also small but pretty convinient. The room is also small and non renovated. Air conditioner is awesome. The staff was very friendly. We really were happily surprised when we have taken their vegan dishes in the dinner: tasty, big dishes. But the breakfast wasn't for vegan at all.
